Pour it out, Frank.
You're not the first one to start over. (You won't be the last.)
You'll just get back on the horse. And, as Dee said, think about what you need to add to your recovery plan.
You can do this.

Try this for the chat. Venuscat found a solution, I think.
Type chrome://flags in the browser's address bar and hit enter.
Search for chrome://flags/#enable-npapi on the page. Or, load it directly.
Enable it with a click on the link.
Restart the browser.

You are strong for staying here Frank.
A weak person would just disappear. That's my fear. I am weak.
One more sip is not going to make things better. It's going to make things worse, and deep inside YOU know that. Your AV / Demon is trying to tell you, "F-it, have another. There's always tomorrow".
But you also know that's not how it works. The less you drink, the BETTER tomorrow is going to be. It's that simple.
Stop right now = a slip up, not a give up.

Hi Frank, be good to yourself, please do the right thing. Please take this in the proper context, you sound rather "dark" when you have been drinking and you sound quite brilliant when you are thinking clearly. I am rootin for ya.

I like leaving. I've always liked leaving, whether it be a place or a job or a girlfriend. It is euphoria. A fresh start, a clean slate.
So it is with that that I leave you, my friends.

Hey mate, you didn't **** up. You however did learn a very valuable lesson. The AV and temptation can be very powerful. I am going to do something here that I always caution people about. I am going to assume. If you assume you make an ass out of you and me. (Ass u me). Or better, assumption is the mother of all fuckups. So I assume from last night that you have proved to yourself that you cannot do moderation. Good, something you now know for definite so you never need to contemplate it again. I know you are going to want to beat yourself up over this slip. Try not to. Try and see the positive lessons you can take away from this dude.
Be safe and be strong,
Cheers,
