Rockefeller, Gates, Zuckerberg, Venecia ...

I just don't know *how* I'll spend it all. Back in the day, my dear departed Daddy would have said "don't spend it all in a bar."

It really turned out great, HAF. And it wasn't scary. I remember the one my mom had when I was little - it terrified me. They are much better now. They also make electric ones now. I can see getting one down the road.

welp... I knew it was too good to be true... the dishwasher is deciding to not play tonight... and I even put the things from the stove top in it - even though it's a waste of time,,,
When I was single, guys would make fun of me because I had more kitchen stuff than regular he-man stuff, well I had that too... but I don't have the gadgets Marty has... and I wouldn't use an electric can opener if it was given to me...

I always thought girl talk was Tuesday night... ??? unless it was moved up a night

Okay I don't have an electric can opener. Damn. Now I feel like I'm missing out on life.

Just kidding. That's something I'll never want.

Very cool mld...maybe I'll get one. Although I've run out of kitchen gadget storage space.
I hope you are feeling better, Ruby.
Venecia. ..you're rich!
Jsbodhi. ..I relate to what you said about housework while drinking. I did it to prove to myself that my life wasn't unmanageable. I was in control. But.....I do it better now. My house has never been so clean and tidy. But...it's taken me 2 years. .lol.

Well, Brain, those folks were just being dumb. All you have to do is follow the directions. And the laws of physics. I'm sure you could handle it.

I just know I am going to be one outraged taxpayer if I find out that they "rounded down" the amount.

Trach, I have a tea pan too. Stays on top of the stove next to my teapot. Sun tea is also easy!

Ven...stuff like that drives me nuts! Will it even cover the gas to get to the bank?? So silly!

Marty....when I think of pressure cookers I think of the I love Lucy episode where Ricky and Fred make dinner and a chicken comes exploding out of the cooker and sticks to the ceiling...I think it's the chocolate factory episode lol! Glad yours was a success!

Another massive hailstorm here. A friend sent me pics of baseball sized hail that went through windows in the house. Third hailstorm of the season so far....such weird weather!

whoa, it's already passed 9 o'clock or 2100 hundred if Brynn is here...
time for me to fly...

MLD - Pascal's Law in action - sort of...
I have to tell you this. My biggest fear - I'm not kidding about this either - was walking by feed pumps putting out 1400 psi water at around 650 degrees F. And those pipes ran right above your head. 36" diameter pipes... if one broke - instant death, no BS...
A nuclear melt down was far down the list of things that frightened me. All that meant was instant overtime

good night folks...

I'm feeling better, thanks. Yoga helped. My mom dropped off my son's jacket. I made meatballs to bake tomorrow. And I was drinking a Pure Leaf unsweetened iced tea. Love the stuff but should probably just make my own.

I have a bunch of gadgets but no electric can opener. Don't want one.

Is there something I'm missing about the electric can opener?

Missing? About having one or not having one? I've never found one that works well so I prefer a manual can opener.

Just home from work ( midnight) must get up at 6:30 am again, I guarantee I won't sleep until 3 am- just so stressed out.
This is normal, I always get really stressed during busy season.
I don't really know what to do to stop worrying or fall asleep.
I used to just drink, I hope I find a way- don't worry, I won't drink, don't even want to- just want to stop worrying.

Been trying to be easier on my brother but he keeps doing things- tonight I came home from work and the garbage from the kitchen was sitting on the front step- why didn't he just take it out?
Why leave it there for me to take out? I'm hoping he just left it there and intends to take it out in the morning or I will ******* lose it.

My neighbour was mad at me again tonight, he called and asked if I wanted to have dinner with him- I told I was working late and couldn't; but thanks for offering.
Then he offered to come to where I was working and help- I told him no.
Then he got annoyed and said " can't you see I'm just trying to help? Whatever Jen- see ya next month or something"
Then he texted 10 mins later " you're awesome"

He's starting to lose it now- this is how it happens, I tell them no relationship, they think they can change my mind by being really nice to me ( they all think its different with them and I'll change my mind)
Then they start getting frustrated when it's not working and lash out at me.
Then I end it; and they either go away pissed off and hurt, or they turn into complete psychos.
Here we go.

Other than that I'm good haha

Ruby xoxo
Glad yoga helped!
