I love pretty Christmas lights! Hope you enjoyed them!
All is ok with me today. Sass I still use a hypnosis tape each night, but the other night for whatever reason my head was nippin me and then later his highness was snoring. Same last night but I went and slept in the spare room. Up for a run with miss Molly, it was frigid! Cold wind and sleety rain.
We never maid the cinema yesterday aiming for today instead!

Budd, hope the Christmas lights are awesome!
When I fly home, we have a tradition where we pile into my uncles truck and check out the lights on this one street near them. Certain streets in lalaland are famous for their lights. Christmas to me has always been lights strung around palm trees.

Good morning Marchers from the real Paradise -- cheeky Sass! 
I LOL the other day when I saw the front page of the local paper, it had a picture of one of our beaches and the banner "Paradise City"!
Guess what today is? Did you get guess? This month has just 24 days until our annual break! Did I mention that at all? Did I tell you that we are having nineteen, that's 19 days off? I know I tend to keep it rather quiet.

Haha marcher, I almost forgot it's tomorrow there, and now December. So what will you do on holiday? I hope it's awesome!!
Sassy, you do live in paradise. Paradise where they cook your meals if you want and they have tai chi classes. Sounds pretty paradisey to me.

too bad I'm no good at making anything non perishable...
Well we passed another house hurdle today, on the one were buying... They got our inspection report and agreed to everything but a little piddly issue I didn't even want on the repair addendum. So the chimney will be clean and ready for fires when we move in!
Now we just need the appraisal and then we are pretty much locked in...
Oh and as of today, j and I are married six months! Longer than most Hollywood marriages already

God morning Marchers from a much cooler Paradise Another southerly buster went through last night which cooled things down beautifully after another scorcher.
Trachy I'm all excited now, I'll be knocking over Mr Marcher in my race to get to the letterbox when we get home in the afternoons!
We congrats to you and J on six months, what an exciting year it has been for you. I hope all the house stuff goes smoothly from here on in. As for what I'll do during my break -- enjoy being home. We are close to the beach so swimming, walking and cycling will all be on the cards, gardening, knitting, reading and generally chilling out.
Are all you guys going to have white Christmases this year?

Marcher, I love your holiday plans! Sometimes my part of the Midwest has a white Christmas, but I'm always spending it in California so I always miss it.
Oh wow I just realized something! I sent my niece her birthday present on time, but totally didn't call her in her birthday!! It was Sunday! Yikes!! It's too late tonight, I'll have to sing and grovel tomorrow. Wow that's crazy, I've never ever done that. Not even drunk. It makes me cringe and think of the dumbass things I did do drunk. Even makes me worry a tiny bit that my brother is worried if I didn't call because I drank... Dropping off theft e of the earth used to be my mo...
Then I remember a), it's NOT about me, it's her birthday. And b), I'm not that person anymore. Clearly I'm not perfect, clearly something big totally slipped my mind, but I'm not drunk wehav anymore. It will be ok.
