I have an infection control link study day today which is lovely for networking, looking forward to meeting them all again. I have to travel so it will be tiring, but a great day all the same.

I had a manic end to the week so I am happy now it's two days of relaxation. It's very cold in the UK today, but I am going to get myself off to my Saturday staple AA meeting this morning

Hey guys, got my car back, what a chaotic 24 hrs! I parked my car, then caught the train to my study day. When I arrived back the car park was all locked up with my little car inside. Worst nightmare! I have had to ring so many different people, everyone I spoke to gave me mea different number to call. Finally have my car and it's all over, phew.

Siting at home waiting for the roofer to arrive as we lost some roof tiles in the gales this week. Then we are hard flooring the loft, all land then we all lender booked in for spa treatments, swimming, jacuzzi and steam room fro 5 PM -10pm. Quite a paradoxical saturday night! Will be strange being pampered whilst it's dark Outside!

Sunday morning, now in month 16 of this journey. Wow, I still am truly thankful for this peaceful feeling. Opening the eyes without that moment of blackout terror. Sweet man, good for the soul. How the heck is everyone on this fine day!!

London, great work on getting back to the meetings. I totally understand as I have had some unexpected thoughts lately. I thought I was past it, just a good reminder to keep the guard up. Well done dude.

I rocked my Saturday night at the health food store getting kale, wheatgrass and holiday feast supplies. What a wild man! Spend yesterday stacking and covering a cord of wood. Had a big outdoor fire going the whole time, super cool vibe. AV actually whispered to me, I quickly told him to foxtrot Oscar. I certainly am not saying to myself right now, boy I wish I drank ten beers yesterday! Oh my freakin lord I can't even imagine that.

Checking in here, its 5months sobriety today for me, had my girls overnight then went to a morning AA meeting after taking them back to my ex's.

Feel better physically today which is a blessing and so glad I've made it this far into my sobriety journey....
