That is very wise, Sherry. I think I'll put that in my toolbox, too.

I am grateful for a nice dinner out with the other pharmacists from work...with my boss picking up the tab. LOL. I work with a good group of folks.

I am grateful that I was not the one who came home and had to clean up doggy diarrhea. Instead, I came home to our new high-speed internet connection, and I'm grateful for that, too.

Don't feed your dog greasy chicken scraps!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

That was nice of the boss, Eddie. Isn't it great when we get to enjoy life? Today I am grateful for being able to enjoy the smaller things in life. Like the sunshine, even though it's still cold...lol, the birds chirping, my cats sleeping with me. I sometimes forget about those things.

I don't have a dog, but I know someone who does. Next time he makes me mad, I'm feeding the dog greasy chicken scraps! Just joking.

Hey everyone!

Hope you all have a great weekend. I'm going to my first "sober" party--Halloween, of course, tommorow. It will definitely be an interesting experience. I'm gonna dress up like a Vampira chick...not very inventive, like I usually am, but I'm too busy and broke to really think of something original.
I love the dress I got though. If I were a goth girl, I would wear it on a regular basis.

Eddie--thanks for the little tid bit there! Greasy chicken scraps...mmmm mmmm!

Take care!

Danielle

I will be going to a Halloween dance Sunday night. I went last year and had a ton of fun. It's great to be able to go out and have a good time without getting loaded. Grateful to have that choice today.

I'm grateful you're all here and posting your gratitude. lol. I'm grateful that all 3 of our kitties have been sleeping with us lately, too. I'm grateful that I got my Public Information minutes written and that I don't have to worry about them anymore until next month. And I'm grateful that I work with an efficient bunch of people who got us finished before six even though we had a rush of orders after 5.

Hope everyone has a great and grateful weekend!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful for my family,my job and my friends. And you are all on that list.
Also for my two fat cats-Spooky and Maxwell.
And for the roast beef that I can smell cooking in the oven right now with loads of carrots, potatoes, and onions around it.
Don't forget to set your clocks back tonight.
God bless.

Thank you, Richie!! But you're making me hungry. LOL.

Have I already mentioned that I'm thankful for our new high-speed internet connection? Well, I am.

And thankful for Australian Gold's Seize tanning lotion. I may have said that before, too. It makes my skin feel all warm and I like the way it smells.

Think I might take a nap now.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful that my brother and sister shared some of their halloween candy last night.

I helped them eat it when we got home. They dumped it out and there was this gigantic pile on the floor of all kinds of candy. We ate so much that our stomaches were aching. But we knew that it was all worth it!

Good times!

Love and hugs,
Cheryl

Hey, Richie and Cheryl!!

Tonight I am grateful that I did make it up early enough to get a workout in before work. Yesterday, I kind of overslept and I really need the exercise. I did my cardio here at home, but tomorrow I have to get up early enough to go to the gym and lift. Pray for me! LOL.

I am also grateful that we're finally getting my husband's truck repaired. It's been sitting in the driveway for weeks and we've had to borrow a second vehicle from my dad. I've already been driving one of my dad's cars for a couple of years now and with hubby's truck down, we were using two from Dad. Maybe now with me employed I can actually get my own car again.

Have a great night, everyone, and enjoy that leftover Halloween candy!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am very grateful tonight that I heard from lurkings!! She hasn't been around here for a while, but I got a PM from her today. I think the last I had heard from her was in July. I'm so glad to know she's OK.

I am also grateful to my husband for taking care of supper tonight. Today was pretty busy for a Wednesday and I was tired. We had roasted chicken and pierogies. Tasty! And I hardly had to lift a finger.

Please pray for jazpoppy, though. I got a disturbing PM from her last night and I am very worried about her. In fact, I think I'm going to see if Don W. has her phone number.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am so grateful that jazpoppy is OK! I got a PM from her this evening.

And I am grateful for my new Merrell clogs. They are really comfy and I needed them 'cause my old ones had developed "permastink." LOL.

Love and hugs,

Eddie,
I am glad that you heard from Jazpoppy. Tell her that she is missed.

Tonight I am grateful for the food that I put in my refrigerator. I am also grateful for my life experiences because they have helped me become the person that I am.
I am thinking about becoming an addictions counselor but I don't know what I have to do to make that happen. I am going to start researching the steps that I would have to take. If I can help just one person, then that will make it all worthwhile.

I hope everyone is having a great night!! Right now I am writing a paper for my health class that is due tomorrow. I waiting until the last night to do it and I am halfway finished. Praying for the energy to get that other half completed. LOL!!

Love,
Cheryl

Just wanted to stop back in to say that I am grateful that I just finished writing my paper! Woohoo!! Now I can just proofread the thing before I go to bed. Aha, my new masterpiece, LOL!

I feel such a huge breath of relief now that I got that paper completed.

Love,
Cheryl

Go, Richie!!

You're welcome, Cheryl!!

Hey, Kevin!!

Tonight I am grateful that I have survived being on call so far, even though it's only been a few hours. LOL. I was afraid I'd be swamped.

And I am grateful for scribbler getting back in touch with me. I was a little worried about her, too. Please keep her and jazpoppy in your prayers, folks!

Love and hugs,
Eddie
