To My Secular Friends
I'm sure it sounds silly, but if I had known I was gonna end up at that place (this was my 4th outing trying to find somewhere to go with the dogs and figured it would be a waste of gas like the first 3), I probably would have not drank yesterday. However, my life isn't wonderful. I'm stuck in a bad situation either way. Bad relationship, small town with no f2f support, work, or anything to do, and no where to exercise with the dogs that isn't at least a 20 mile drive. I'm not saying that is an excuse to drink, it's not. And I did make it 4 1/2 months without. But... I think I need to find a way out of here.

One thing I've realized is that as long as I continue to drink, I'll never get out of here. Even if I don't drink, I still may never leave happily. There are so many choices - pros and cons to weigh for all of us.
