Try smiling. I know it sounds really corny, but I read somewhere that when we smile there are some kind of hormones or something that sends a message to the brain to make us happy. I can't remember exactly, but it turns out that if you smile you're happy and that you don't necessarily smile because you're happy.

I'm usually pretty good at accepting my situation with a smile, but today the sucktitude of it all is kinda getting to me. Half of my doesn't even want to be posting here...

I went for a drive in the country with the dogs. Got lost and found my way back. Phal, I had called to see if you could look up where I was at, lol... it sucks that it's all private property around here. The wasn't even anywhere to let the beasts run around...

Also, I took a depression test and OCD symptom test yesterday at my therapist's and my scores were more than 50% lower than when I started seeing her, even with my short return to drinking.
