Gee even though I wont be drinking tonight, at the danger zone time of day, my mind is preoccupied by cravings. Fully convincing myself I dont have a problem and to plan my next drinking session. Even as I write this Im not convinced I have a problem but I know after 6pm I will change my mind. Phew the mind games are exhausting! !

I sin a little bit yesterday and I would have done more...
As I bearly felt buzz, I need to smoke and take higher to feel it.
So am so hungryyyyyy!!!!!
Am dying to get stoned....
Bu today I am goung to work alone.
Got tones to resolve and It will be safer in the office
I can not take there as I work witmh my brain.
I do not know how am going to get through am on and off all the time and is insane... or you are on it or you are not!

You can do what ever you need to to stay sober! At some point, something with have to give. You can make a choice now to make changes, or your life can be changed for you when something bad happens. I became scared of what might happen to me if I kept drinking, theres too many wonderful things in life to enjoy!

Morning! Just checking in. It's been a crazy few days! I got my medical test results back & everything looks fine, praise God! Even more of a reason to stay sober & not put poison in my body anymore!
