Hope your head gets better Wolfie .
I've lost 2 pounds in weight this week just by cutting out ice cream and chocolate. No excercise yet, so hopefully I can keep focused and get a bit or lot of this fat off. Want to lose about one and a half stone.
New bond movie coming out, just saw a very small preview on news.

You have done an awesome job getting through your first year dealing with depression and living with an active alcoholic. I am in awe of you sweetheart.
Gilmer, or is it Peaches? My grandad used to grow strawberries and I never forget visiting the day after my SIL to find she had taken the lot for jam!!! Grrrrr!

Morning overs and its Friday eve. Woohoo.
I'm at a wedding evening do on Saturday, I may have mentioned this already, it's my age, you know, lol. Anyways, I won't be wearing 'the' dress , just a bit too tight, so I haven't lost the desired weight yet, I guess it's the old birthday suit, then, need a bit of ironing here and there though, Lol.
You may have noticed I'm in a silly mood, have been for a few days, I feel the old me lurking somewhere, whoever she might be, but she seems ok, have to tame her down a bit., though, I'm not 20 anymore. I'll put this in a jar for some of the not so good days.
Hope you all have a lovely day, you know this is the second to last Thursday in July 2015, which will never happen again!

For any uk members who like nature right now on bbc2 theres a show on called natural world its about the ghost bear family in the Canadian wilderness its excellent
It has wolves in it too just saw a timberwolf swimming in deep water 12km out the narrator was saying it should be called a sea wolf lol

Night Wolf...
Hot again here, but thankfully the rain stopped. Some areas here got as much rain in a few hours as we get in a month. Of course now the rest of the season could be bone dry.
Singing season is back. I keep saying I will say no, but always cave. A gig this weekend, short solo and then a Mozart mass for August.
Maybe that is a little less.

Hope you're all well for a Friday.
I missed the programme, Wolfie, might catch it on i player.
I'm getting anxious about tomorrow. It's just a wedding evening do we're going to but staying overnight. Leaving my cat, I'm sure he'll be ok, I got an automatic feeder with a voice recording (I know!, don't laugh) but he's not so bright, bless him. Having mad ideas that if I get too anxious I can pop home in the night it's only 50 miles, that's crazy talk. We will be gone at 2pm sat back home by 11am Sunday, hopefully. He's got his cat flap. What am I like! Plus I've not got down to my desired weight, but it's not going to happen in a week, right!!

I've just discovered coconut oil. It's in a jar, solid form and it is really good, found a recommendation and it helped for me on my skin.
Well I'm going to jump in the shower and get ready for work. Speak later, take care.

Mags it was a awesome documentary i have seen so many but this had stuff ive never seen before like timberwolves swimming 12km out at sea i was looking on thinking 12km is roughly 6 miles
Wont spoil the rest but canada's wilderness is beautiful & awesome

I will watch it, Wolfie, I like animal documentaries, as long as they're not the ones focussed on animals killing.
