I suggest you immerse yourself in sober recovery like its a bubble bath wash all that negativity off start introducing yourself to more newcomers here share more about how you got sober

Great idea Soberwolf

Leshar , you are never too old to do anything . At this point in time , my love , the only one who can help you is you .

Do me a favour and pop yourself in the shower or bath and give your hair a good wash and conditioning. Get a body wash and bubble yourself up with some nice smelly stuff ;-)

I swear you will feel a million bucks just having clean hair .

Get yourself a hair dye or a rinse and put a bit of colour into it or something you have never done before .

Shave your legs , clean your teefies file your nails , pamper yourself . Go get a massage

Play yourself your favourite kind of music .

Get a pet ! You need company .

You have all of us , you have my number , I'd love to have a 2 minute uplifting chat or i can call you . Options always there honey , no pressure .

Love you lots xxx

Wendy

I have to say Leshar. although I admire your commitment to your psych, I feel your posts might mean you should seek out monitored care, if you could - you said so yourself.

I think a shower is a huge effort when you are chronically depressed and in a deep state of hopelessness and mental isolation. Please call the ER if you can. Or a helpline to reach out. Isolating in your own tangled thoughts now just feels really dangerous.

Bootiful day here today . I'm doing a check in before i get up and dye my greys .not working Fridays anymore cos i cant stand that pain in the arse boss .

I gave a friend from work my big colonial pine dining suite , cos her daughter has moved into a flat for the first time . I know how hard those early days are .

So i also gave her my stainless steel fridge and a few other goodies she needed .

Now Shaun and i are in the middle of cleaning out the shed . So it was a good thing lol .

Hello everybody. Sorry about your depression Leshar.
Happy cleaning, snooz. You're so generous to help like that.
I did some plumbing today as there was a drip down in the basement. Wasn't all that hard to fix.
In somevways it's nice to have all my tools at home.

I used to work the night shift years ago. Not easy, that's for sure.
"Tool" must be a universal word all over the world.

Hello class.
Hope everybody is having a nice night/day.
I actually got an interview Friday.
Not sure if it's a job that is right for me,simple machinist job.
Or if I'll want or be offered it. But, at least I talked to a human. Even gave me some tips on where to go for training and other job possibilities.

I don't know snoozums.
Seems like all our mates are sleeping in those days.
As long as everybody is sober and happy. Even just sober is great.

I'm around. I post on the site most days....ahem, Lady Snooz - you are a fine one to talk about going AWOL!

Hope you are feeling better this week. Not sure if you answered my question bout the test results, but hope you resolved the liver/anti depressant dilemma.

If you can afford to just work the few days you do, then go for it. I'm making ooodles less than I used to, but life is much more peaceful.

Well Crois ( cough) that's true lol

I'm still on the ADs I've stopped getting dizzy etc but if i forget one ....mannnnn it's scary . I'm really freaking out about coming off these , I've never experienced such awful symptoms before .

I might try around Xmas as I'm taking 5 weeks off work and swap to another . For some reason he is not keen to take me off these . I'll be having more bloods in a few weeks to monitor my liver situation , thanks for asking love xxx

I'm loving just doing weekends now . My pay is less but it's worth it to have peace in my life

How goes it Leshar ? Let us know how you are doing honey xxx

Hiya everyone else ;-) you must be doing well and that's fantastic , hugs to all xx

Hey there ladies.
I'm watching a little football this fine night.
I've been on the tablet these days, so no pictures, maybe tomorrow.
My lil husky might have an ear infection. Off to the vet tomorrow.
