Hey, L, Cheryl, Kevin, and Richie!!

I am grateful that I did get up early and work out. And tomorrow I meet with the trainer. I am glad I have made exercise a habit.

And grateful to my dad for tilling my flower bed again. I hope to plant my dahlias this weekend!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful that it is going to be sunny today. I am grateful that I have a job and can pay my bills without freaking out. Life is good.

I am grateful that I have the sense to know when I am not well and look after myself these days.

I am grateful for other healthcare professionals in recovery, my monthly pharmacists' meeting, and my weekly Caduceus meeting.

I am also grateful for the willingness to do what is suggested to me by people who have my best interest at heart, even when I don't always want to.

Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful I am getting what I'm getting, and not what I deserve. The HP I found in AA is truly loving and forgiving.

Me, too!! Thank you for sharing, RH!! And WELCOME to the Gratitude List!!

I am grateful this morning that my husband and I are going to the bank to start talking about buying a house!! Whoo-hoo!!

And I am grateful for two days off from work—today and Monday. My techs are very unhappy that I'm taking this time off, but that makes me feel needed which is a good feeling.

Have a great day, y'all!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful that I got to take a nice walk with my mom at a nearby park where we like to walk but hadn't been able to for a while. It was a beautiful day and I enjoyed it.

Also grateful for another delicious supper with help from South Beach Diet online. Tonight was yogurt-marinated lamb kabobs with tzatziki sauce and sort of a Greek salad.

Hope all are having a good weekend so far!!
Love and hugs,
Eddie

I am grateful that enough of my dahlias survived the winter that I can share them with one of my co-workers. I sorted them all out tonight and had extras of several varieties. I hope it will be dry enough to plant them tomorrow.

Also grateful for whole-wheat pasta. Or have I mentioned that before?

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Hey, Kevin!!

I am grateful that I got my dahlias planted today. All of the bulbs were sprouting, so they should all grow. I can't wait to see those little shoots poking their heads out!

And grateful I learned how to make crawfish etouffee (sp?) tonight. This time I got the recipe off the back of the crawfish package. My husband finished it all up!

Love and hugs,

Hey, Samantha!! Good to see you!! I think that was more than five things, though. LOL. Congatulations to you and Archie, too!!

Thank you for the compliment, Kevin!!

I am grateful for a great day off. The weather was gorgeous and I got a lot done as well. I went to work to pick up my check, worked out, tanned, planted more dahlias, and...drum roll, please...got pre-approved for a home loan from the bank!!

I am also grateful that I've lost 2 & 1/2 % of my body fat over the last few months. I thought it would be more since I've lost over 25 pounds, but at least it hasn't gone up, right?

Have a beautiful night (or day for Kevin), everyone!!
Love and hugs,

I am grateful to be pleasantly tired at the end of this day. I should get some good sleep as long as the pager is quiet. Knock on wood!!

And grateful that my husband came by at lunch today so we could go look at some houses. Now we have to get his dad back up here to look at them, too.

Love and hugs,
Eddie
