I am grateful for a good day, even though it was HOT. I went to Metabolic Effect this morning 
, went out for lunch, then looked at houses and tanned this afternoon.
I'm also glad all the dogwoods and azaleas are in bloom. It's beautiful around here this time of year.

I am very grateful that my friend P. finally came back to an NA meeting last night! She has been "gone" for months and I had missed her alot. She picked up a four-year medallion anyway. I hope she keeps coming back! She was probably my best friend in the Program up until we both started working.

Hey, L, Richie, and Kevin!! Thank you all for posting here today!!
I am grateful that I went to a really good meeting this morning. We sat outside and it was only about a dozen people. I like that meeting a lot. Then we hung out and talked afterwards, too. I saw my friend J. and it was good to chat with her.
I am also grateful that I made a delicious Indian dinner—Tandoori chicken with raita—for my husband, my mother, and myself. I got the recipes from the South Beach Diet online. They haven't failed me yet.

I'm really grateful that the other pharmacist in the Program is back working with us as of yesterday!! He's a hoot and it's great to have someone to talk to again at work.
I'm also grateful that a hellish night on call is almost over. I wasn't able to get on here last night or earlier today because I was so busy with work.

I'm grateful for my daughters,who have supper ready for me at least every other night.Tonight was one of those nights.
And I'm grateful for the new cd I got today by The Whirling Eddies.(No relation to our own Eddie here).

A friend of mine was in a band called the Whirling Furphies Richie.
I am grateful that dreams are just that - dreams. Last night I dreamt I got sacked after have made a small procedural mistake yesterday!

Hey, all!!
I am grateful for my personal trainer. He really put me through my paces this morning. And he made some suggestions about what I should do when I'm working out on my own, too.
Also grateful for all the compliments I got today on my weight loss. I've lost 25 pounds now and people were really noticing it. Something about the particular shirt I was wearing, I think.

Yet again, CONGRATULATIONS on 11 months, Kevin!!
I am grateful that I got up in time to make it to Metabolic Effect class this morning. Man, did I sweat! I do think the instructor cut the class short, though, because she was looking at the wrong clock.
I'm also grateful that I got to drive around with my mom on my lunch hour to look at houses again. There are SO many for sale in the neighborhood we're looking in. They sort of run together after a while, but I hope that once we see the insides of some of them, we'll be able to choose better.
Have to go make supper now.

I am grateful that I have a sugar-free cheesecake in the oven.
And grateful that my husband went to get his dad today so we can go look at houses tomorrow. I'm excited about that.
