Lee- moves are indeed scary. Good or bad, desired or not....I know that we are just starting to discuss all of that .... we want to make it a one move till my stepdaughter finishes high school....good luck and remember we can do any thing one piece at a time, sober

Hang in there Badger and OOTT.
My college is just a complete shambles right now. Teachers not being replaced, assignments not being explained properly. It's to be expected though, just have to keep doing everything I can.

One thing I love about our group- even when we are struggling with something, we pay attention to others' posts (I often feel y'all are better at this than I am!) and offer encouragement. Less self-absorbed sober, indeed!
We left the B&B early- I am learning he gets restless without more grounding and is a little paranoid about thin walls - ha. Definitely a homebody- and hard to believe we still have three nights to ourselves while the Puerto Rico trip continues!!

Another day where I get a blue chip (I am considering this my leap year one!) at my home group- can't wait.

Badger--I'm mostly there, but I have not received the actual offers yet and I still have my last interview. But soon enough I'll know. If it is reasonable for me to do this financially, I am all-in.

Hello CoF'ers. Ghosting a bit. Moved into my own unit 93-8 months- then onto another for same, then long term- life term place)m late last week. The first time in my adult life I have truly been alone. I love it- but it is weird and I miss my 2 sons. Oh well. Affect on my sleep. 11 hours one night/day, then none for 22 more nights. AND YES- mindful, breathing, food, no coffee- blah.
Summer is losing it's grip now- getting cooler.
I will finish up with the wisest thing I have ever shared.......

Morning all-
Back to work!
Happiest part of yesterday....somehow he found a pink and gold chip for my sponsor to give me for my one year. Pink is my obsessively favorite color and has lots of meaning in my world so it was just the sweetest thing.
