Come on Patricia, u can do it... time will pass second by second, it will... for ever more... you can get through each second, think, breathe , be... time will roll on if you are sad... but it will be better if you are sober and learning to be happier. .. nice things will happen. We all care about u, that is a nice thing ... think about us when it's tough. Imagine what we look like! Feel us all giving u a virtual hug and words of support. ... u can do it... and time will pass... xxx

60 days today. I feel a bit guilty posting given there is a lot of people struggling here, but I'm proud and have nobody else to tell

Keep going all.

Kiki I totally understand. You need to turn the support you've been posting to others on this thread inwards. I hope you find the peace you deserve.

Still in psychiatric hospital. Everything still feels utterly bleak. I am 11 days sober once again though. Love, SV xx

Don't feel guilty last chance! Feel proud! Shout from the hill tops.

I felt exactly the same as you. I got to day 70 with very few problems. I felt great and also felt a bit uncomfortable posting here because it was pretty plain sailing and I felt a bit smug. Then come day 70 boom! A couple of bottles.

So please do better than I did! I was heartbroken!!! And I would not wish the same thing for you. I am back on day 7 but it is infuriating to say day 7 and not day 77!!!

Keep up the great work. We are all proud of you.

Fab x

Hi Snow velvet

How are you feeling? Are you being well cared for where you are?

Thinking of you.

It can only get better from here SV, keep your head up!

Hang on Fabat! I think it was Swimkim that was talking about staying focused and in the moment! Try not to worry about the past or concern yourself with the future. Stay in the moment, the right now and know that right now you don't have to drink, its a choice! Make the right choice my friend!

I know what you mean. I too am within days of the two month mark. The truth of the matter is that i dont think anybody judges those of us that are making it work. If anything i would hope that I / we are giving some of the people struggling some inspiration.
Keep it up everybody! We ALL can do this.
