On my 2nd cup of tea, my therapist was meant to email me yesterday with work books she even rang me to confirm it but she didn't send it I've checked my junk folder zilch
Il ring her at 9am I like her she was a lot more in depth talking about CBT and things and she said your always waiting I said I know lol she said how about I phone you a week today I said yes ! she said will I have the workbooks done I said yes
but she hasn't sent them lol
Really raining where I am non stop for over an hour

SW have your ever tried that rubber band cbt. I guess if you hand an urge you flick yourself with a rubber band to cause a small amount of pain. Its really old school cbt but they still mention online. I wonder if its worth trying.

I rang but the therapist will be in meetings till the afternoon I left my email with the receptionist and a msg to call me if I've heard nothing by 2pm il ring again

Just phoned now I'm told her schedule is packed I asked what email did she have for me and the guy said same one you gave earlier I said huh lol
He said her schedule must be packed I said ok no problemo

I'm sure il receive it by the end of today or tomorrow in fact writing this msg she called and I have it yay xx
I have all housework done Inc polishing washing clothes hanging them out folding up the dry clothes mopping the floors hoovering & I've just had my annual gas boiler check all good there
Prepared dinner for me Mrs sw & my 21 yr old neice: Nando's chicken rub marinated on chicken thighs I added the juice of 1 small lemon some fresh thyme & rosemary from the garden & fresh garlic I've left about 1/4 of the dry chicken rub just to give a once over before it goes in the oven serving that with roasted butternut squash, steamed broccoli & Rosemary, smoked & sweet paprika marinated potato wedges we use maris piper the best potato ever lol
Mrs Sw is on her way waiting on confirmation from my neice

Hi all,
Thanks, Croissant! I am taking it easy! I'm afraid I'm not as fastidious as our dear Wolfie! I'm showering regularly which might not sound much but when I get depressed, I feel so paralyzed that even getting in the shower seems insurmountable. Being in the hospital got me into a routine of care so that's good. I need to take care of my skin, psoriasis, especially as the winter approaches.
I'm going to meet a friend for lunch now.
