Evening Julyers Im having Irish steak casserole for dinner tonight, I saw my neice today she was so happy with her new breville & the shopping I got her that made me feel good
Finally started reading daring greatly by brené brown & Its one of the best books I've read its that good

Things I ruined by continuing to drink and took away from us. Some cards, a few - were little apologies, "sorry for yesterday, hope you have a better week"....no doubt some stupid argument with the root cause being because I drank, or one of the many deflected arguments I caused from drinking. You know what I mean.
I wasn't expecting to find all the things I did, but I made myself read every one. They are painful. There are still a few wads of school stuff of my kids things to go through, again, it will be hard, but it has to be done.

Hi to everyone else,
Been a busy couple of days, but doing well still. Yesterday I had some moodiness and today a few cravings hit, but I am ok now. Just keep playing the tape forward. I am always so happy when I wake up in the morning knowing I didn't drink.
Off to get dinner ready, Be back later!

Just finished the date with Michael....waiting for the Rose ceremony now.

It may be Michael who wins. I remember seeing Sam on The Project before it aired and she said it will be a surprise to most people.

Croiss I finished it last night its that good I even watched two of her TED talks she reminds me of my english teacher from secondary/high school the only teacher I truly could chat to I can't speak highly enough of Brené Brown's realness I love her lol
