Snoozy love ~ ridiculously awesome stamina girl, sheesh. You are a great mum, and also very wise....awesome advice to Crois.
I hate that stuff too, and I would be nervous about the confrontation, but getting it sorted is necessary. I know that I am like you Crois, and these things mess with my self-esteem and consequently my sobriety.

Hello folks,
I was discharged yesterday. I'm ok, although very tired. I drove home yesterday, then today had to drive back for an out patient appt. I have a CBT assessment on Friday, so another drive to the hospital. I'm calmer, the anxiety is manageable at present.

Awesome news Letitgo aswell as the big book I read living sober first & it had a big impact on my early recovery. As for the Patriots winning I think the Jets done ok I heard Patriots finished strongly, I've been watching the rugby world cup this year Scotland made me so proud I want Australia to win as I had an uncle live & die in Australia (Go Wallabies)

I am a big believer in the benefits of CBT for anxiety...I know I couldn't get out the door half the time if not for my understanding of rational/emotive thinking. I hope Friday goes really well for you! And in the meantime, we will all be here with you.
