Haven't gone out yet kitten. Katie was tired too so we put it off til this arvo.

I've got a stinking work meeting at 1.30 which i forgot about ! Hate those. It's the last one as Ive asked to go off of workcover now that my back has improved immensely .

I wish someone would cook at my house Wolfyyyy can you please ask Mrs Wolfy if I can borrow you for a week ...hope you don't mind 4 cats and 2 dogs x

I'm not a pro chef just a happy amateur I learnt most through my mum & Mrs sw has fine tuned my cooking thank you Venus that was nice

I have had both cats & dogs but I just love dog expressions my pooch is all cuddled up in my thigh lol he was a bit cold in his bed thank you Snooz

I feel I'm taking all the credit Mrs sw is a better chef than me although she says nobody can do wedges like I do lol today were having steak & chips we were meant to have this from Monday but it didn't happen but is today

I had CBT sessions too about 9 years ago. (Lord, I can't believe how time has flown - where does it go? Just sucked into nowhere!)

Morning (hug)! Haven't been feeling the best. Been quiet, but poking around in the background. Feeling better today tho. I try not to stay down for very long and push myself on! I'll catch up on everyone when I get to work. I like being personal with you guys cause it's so warm and nice in here!

Casey. I'm thinking you are reading this thread, as are our little Julyers who might be "Feeling a bit Wayward". I pray you all return to us at some point. Alcohol just puts us in such a disjointed mindset from our sober selves. Boy, it's just hard. But you are all thought of fondly as our fellow and very precious travellers on this journey. May you be safe from too much harm until you return next. That is my prayer to the universe as I head to bed.

Hi all!
Yes Venuscat, I had a nice bath at the hotel, but it turned out to be an expensive one. The doctor cancelled again! I got there this morning and when it all seemed locked up, I checked my home messages, and his assistant had left a message at 8 am today that he had to cancel because of a family emergency! I was frustrated, that's the third cancellation. At least I didn't have two drives there and back in one day. Long drives tire me out. I had to have a nap when I got home!
