Thank you Alpine for your kind words. Shooting good vibes your way.
Grateful to see you all and for the BGs. This is a good thread. Pretty easy going and we get a good mix of people.
Grateful my sister and I went out for a bit this morning. It changed the direction my feelings were going. Grateful for that and showed me how important it is to get out even when I don't want to.
I still didn't make some calls I need to, although I did make a few and they didn't call me back. Blah!
Well, I'll start again Monday.
Grateful for a beautiful day. Sunny, 70. So nice.
Have a wonderful evening all. Astro, you and your brother are in my prayers. Astro, also I hope your weekend trip is a great success!
Pleasant Dreams all. Love and peace to you all.

Ally, I so hear you on the getting out even when I don't want to do it. It really can perk me up too.

Alpine, I'm jealous of the snow the East Slope got. We could so use 3 feet of snow. It looks like May here instead of March. I'm mostly happy when spring comes but when we hardly had a winter, it is hard.

Astro, it is kind of cool having the mountains go right down the middle of our state. We talk about the "Front Range" as well as the "East and West Slope". The continental divide goes down the middle of the state too. On one side water flows into the Gulf of Mexico and on the other into the pacific . . . .well it probably used to flow into the sea of Cortez but now just goes into irrigation and human consumption.

Today I'm grateful for
- my smart student who asks lots of questions
- 50 minutes of yoga
- my neighbor waxing my skis
-peas and tomatos for dinner
- straightening out some points with the accountant.

Some years ago there was a book about Goddesses. I never read it but have heard about the Goddess Vesta. She is belongs to the hearth. This is me. I spend lots of time home alone taking care of the house. In taking care of my parents house I feel connected to my sibling and my Dad. I do dread when the house is sold and I will have to find my own place unconnected to my family. Ah well.

Howdy Do

Good day, made some spaghetti mix stuff, some hot laps around the track. Need to wire a power buss around the track to evenly distribute the voltage. Have a mini saw on delivery and then order the plywood for the table top. Bit by bit the layout is coming along.

Grateful for the ambition to take on this hobby.
Good to be alive...life is good.

Long day going to bed in a sec.

Gratitude -

- magnifying glass
- new reading glasses.
- warmer temps
- motor brushes that I can not aline, yet.
- you guys are the best, bless you.

Ah Zen, thanks. I like this community as I feel both useful to you all and helped by you all.

Today went by so fast and I'm not sure what I did. Ah well. I showed up, didn't drink and even got some exercise

I'm grateful for
- 45 minutes of yoga
- zooming with my family - two of the younger generation showed up which was a treat
- connections with multiple neighbors via visits, texts or phone calls

I can be anxious about what is coming down the road but mostly life is okay.

I agree BKA, I love the mountain ranges, I'll be riding in the Estrella foothills today, it's a long, pretty range. My wife laughs at what we call mountains in AZ, being from the PNW her idea of a mountain is Etna, Rainer, etc!

Grateful to see all the guys at the annual Rabbit Camp. Cold, rainy, wind gusts, but we always make it a good time.
Grateful for 6 miles of walking through the high desert yesterday.
Grateful for a long night of sleep in my tent, sleeping bags got wet but I stayed warm.
Grateful to get home a little early and just relax with my wife and Bear.

I loved reading everyone's posts this morning, I'm grateful for all of you!

BKA, Kokyangwuti: The Hopi mother goddess, who is also known as the Spider Grandmother. Cool name She teaches weaving and survival school. I like that.I would need a basket for all the river fish I know how to catch with my bare hands. She also gives us souls ❤️👍.Glad I wrung the alcohol out of my spirit. Now dry I blow with the wind...LOL My soul is free ODAAT

Hidy Ho Yo

I did dicker with a slot car to get it going in a new way. Close....oh, so close to working. I had fun watching the NASCAR race. My guy #6 came in 3rd YEA! Weather was 65F with a warm up to 70F couple days. Keeping my side of the street nice and tidy. Planted new virtual flowers in my metaphorical garden today ...LOL.

Grateful -

- 0 - 30v 3 amp dc power supply.
- popcorn
- peaceful neighbors up and down the hall.
- the odd, WTF, and nice people in the apartment complex.
- a daily reprieve based on spiritual principles from picking-up. Tools help loads also.
- strange quarks

Hang loose have a good snooze

Alpine, I have so enjoyed the pictures you post of you and Mr. As adventures. Do you miss Colorado?

I just got home from our Church's Saint Patrick's day fund raising dinner. I volunteered to help. It went well and I actually had a wonderful time.

Consequently I'm grateful for community and opportunities to do things in my community.

Astro, your walk in the high desert sounds beautiful, as does sleeping out in a tent. I have not done that in close to 2 years for obvious reasons. This year will be different.
BKA, we miss it..but we do not miss the crowds. It is not like it used to be and unfortunately areas we used to go that were not heavily used are over used and people are not respecting the land and just leaving garbage all over. sigh.
Grateful for my crockpot..I have a roast in it and will be making roasted potatoes shortly
Grateful for our fire place. It is a tad chilly here today..in the 20s
Aly, I hope you have a good day
Zen, Happy evening to you as well
Purps, I shall see you in the early morning greetings.

Grateful for a beautiful day. Grateful for watching Capote v The Swans. It's kind of addicting, although I think I'm watching it backwards.
I'm noticing that my mom's mind is really starting to go and she's really losing her memory. It's very sad as she is a very intelligent woman. It has to be tough on her.
Astro, I hope you're having fun! Sounds fun. It's great to get away esp out in the outdoors.
Zen, hope all is well with you!
Thank you Alpine. I hope you have a good evening and day tomorrow.
Purps, a flameless candle sounds very interesting. I may want to get one too!
Have a wonderful evening all. Pleasant dreams.
