Hi Least, I started my daily grat because of you, thank you.
SE glad your back.
424, self-care is paramount to wellbeing. Your wellness comes first otherwise how can you really care for others, right?
Aly got a WIN at Walgreens Yea!
BKA, knitting is like staring at a candle in meditation. Same thing When you find what you thoroughly enjoy, you also find your purpose.
Astro, I have been meaning to see season one with Matthew i like him.

Gratitude -

- spell check.
- my sister helping me straighten out a negative balance issue with the landlord. I will win!
- sandpaper & glue
- sobriety and the wellness that has resulted.
- hoop on the tube

Still have stuff to do. Latter dudes and dudetts.

Grateful I took my mom to the doctor today. I'm afraid, although I am trying, she is really getting on my nerves today. Praying for patience. I guess everything went well. She has to go back in two weeks. I think it's time to take a break. If I can get my sister to drive up to So. Oregon with me for a couple of days to see what it's like, that would be cool. Everyone needs a little vacation or break every once in a while. Whew!
Grateful for all of your lovely posts that make me laugh and think about things.
Astro, I hope your brother is ok and you're doing well. Prayers going up for both of you.
Alpine and Peke, how cool you both have the same winter bike! It's been so long since I've had to be in cold weather like that, brrrr. Stay warm you two! Alpine, can you believe Walgreens this last time! I almost fainted!
Peke, I think I'm starting to get addicted to the Capote mini series Fear?. I wanted to watch it on my computer but somehow or other my drivers for my speaker got deleted, maybe one of my nasty hackers, so I couldn't watch it on my computer and I bought it already! I can't read lips and there was Archie that I really wanted to watch too.
Oh Zen, do you know how to put drivers back? You know almost everything about computers. You could probably open a shop! Thanks if you feel like answering.
My sleep was a little off and on lately and I had to get up early for the housecleaners, but besides starting to run out of energy, I felt pretty ok today, for which I am most grateful
Grateful the housecleaners were here and did a great job. I always help a little, but so glad I didn't have to do it!
Grateful for my blessings.
Grateful for all of you. Sleep well, pleasant dreams and love and peace to you all.

Tonight I'm grateful for
- Cheerios with blueberries for breakfast
- a lovely drive through Northern Arizona into Utah
- a good audiobook
- 30 minutes of relaxing yoga once I arrived at my airbnb
- lovely studio in Bluff Utah tonight - nice sunset lighting up the red cliffs

Good night friends.

Hello to all you grateful people

I like the emojis too Purps explains our feelings well.
these are me, this week, when I wish I was

BKA, if you don't mind me asking, are you driving solo on your car trip? I bet it's exciting, you can do it your own way, stop where and when you want, make your own fun and adventure, sounds nice!

I am bordering on crazy this week, my brain is still confused. I have a craving for something to calm me down, not booze, just an old habit that is kicking my brain cells around inside my head. I wish I could quiet them down. Old habits are hard to break.

Grateful to be alive and sober.
Grateful for sparkly flavored water.
Grateful for determination.

Aly, I'm glad to hear the housekeepers got you and Mom taken care of and that you finally got into Walgreen's!

The treadmill has been a godsend, my charity bike ride is this Sunday and I haven't been able to get many training rides in so it's been helpful to keep my legs pumped up and my cardio going.
Grateful to get some energy munchies and electrolytes at REI for the ride.
Grateful to be almost packed for my weekend camping trip ( a quick 24 hour one )
Grateful for a shrimp, rice, and veggie bowl while my wife was at the stylist.

Thank you Astro and Alpine for the nice words. Good luck on your ride, Astro and prayers to you and your brother. You do manage to squeeze a lot into a day sometimes!
Alpine, I hope you're feeling well these days. I know you work hard at getting your muscles back. I'm glad you get to bed early.
Zen, hoping all is well with you!
Hoping all is well with everyone. Forgive me for not mentioning by name, but I am kind of dragging this evening.
So grateful for a nice and quiet day. The weather is nice, except the wind is up. It feels chilly, but it says it's 66. We have a lot of sun today.
Grateful for all of you and your posts. I'm keeping it kind of short. Low on energy today.
Have a wonderful evening. Pleasant dreams and love and peace to all.

Hello Grateful People !

I am grateful to be alive and sober.
I am grateful that by being sober I see my environment more clearly, the blinders have been removed.

See you tomorrow.

My ride will be 56 miles, praying for good weather, God willing, and we get to take a lap around the raceway as part of the course. Yay!

Grateful to come home to chicken and broccoli.
My creativity has left me temporarily, just have no spare energy for some of my hobbies lately, but I'm grateful they're there and I know it will return. Mainly guitar playing and my miniature building and painting.
Grateful for my wife and our pup, I can't think of a better home I've ever lived in, so happy to return to it every day

Be careful and have a great time Astro. Forget about everything and have fun!
Zen, thanks for your wonderful PM, my friend.
I went to my sisters, brought over my mom's sheets to wash, her washer is soooo much better than the one's here and we finally got to watch Archie. I thought it was a good movie and I thought Dyan Cannon and her daughter, Jennifer Grant did a really good job of telling some of the truth and not smearing anyone in the film at all. The woman who played Dyan looked so much like her. Really good acting. My sister always makes food, but I'm not really very hungry today. I've been dealing with anxiety and feeling funny for a lot of the day. The wind is crazy.
Have a wonderful evening all. Pleasant dreams to everyone.

Hi all, I left my computer in a cafe yesterday and had to retrace my driving to retrieve it today. In the grand scheme of things, not that big of a deal.

424, yes I was traveling alone but staying with friends most of the time which is more fun for me.

Tonight I'm grateful for
- getting my computer back
- my friend who put me up for a night
- being back in my own bed
- lots of snow on the front range as we need snow badly
- the grapefruit I brought home with me - boy is it good!

Good night all

I think I want to live where there's a front range Glad you got the snow.

Grateful for some leftover beef slices with broccoli and cheesy risotto.
Grateful for the road trip I'll be taking in a few hours, and while it makes me want to scream that gas prices are escalating again, I'm grateful I got a paycheck yesterday for all the side work.
Grateful to pick up my guitar last night and strum for a bit, since the passing of Eric Carmen I can't get the song "Make Me Lose Control" out of my head so I'm trying to learn it.
