Thank you so much for the well wishes. I just finished my laundry and all I want to do is take a nap! I don't want to go to my appt. I'm so tired. I'll try to get a quick half hour or so nap and get up and ready to go. I hate it when I get so tired. I wonder if I have narcolepsy. Lol! (just kidding of course )
So Grateful for this group.
Grateful to see Rusty today. Prayers to you, RZ!
Grateful for Luke so, so much.
Grateful to go to the theatre with my mom on Friday. I haven't been to the theatre with her in a while, so I think we'll have a fun time. I forget what we're seeing, but I'll find out.
Grateful to be voluteering at ARF. I love it and most of the people there are a real pleasure to work with.
As always, grateful for all of you and sharing our journey together. I get so much support from this thread and I am very, very grateful for that. Have a great day all!!!

Grateful to see Sober13
Grateful to hear about not one but TWO of RZ’s sponsees picking up 8 year coins
Grateful for all the milestones. 8 years. Deserto’s 16 months. And myself at 601 days.
Grateful I was able to go back to sleep in the night and this a.m. when I woke before my first alarm (set at 4:15).
Grateful for the snooze feature. I don’t think I could survive life without it.
Speaking of snoozing, Aly, I’m so sorry you are/were so tired. It does sound like something more extreme than average fatigue.Maybe? Could you talk to doc?
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful to come here.

Zip - I'm glad you got the ok - love you so much.
Numblady - A 4:15 alarm? I can't imagine - you must have to go to bed so early. I'd love to see a sunrise though. (And not because I never went to bed yet, as in the old days. )
Daisy - I love the zoo & never get to go - it's so far away. Hoping you had a fun time!
Grateful to see you all each day.
Grateful for positivity and optimism. Something lacking when I drank to put myself in a better mood....hmmm.
Grateful for the fall like weather - but please don't leave us too soon, summer.

Altho I felt a little 'off' for a while, I'm grateful it wasn't from drinking.

Grateful to share all your grats.

Rusty, glad you got the go ahead from your doctor.

Couldn't post here yesterday because my day got a bit hijacked. I did a lot of toddler care starting very early and finishing very late. Not complaining, at all, but it means everything else goes on the back burner. Except drinking of course, in the bad old days. So glad they're gone.

Numblady and Fearlesss, I think your sons deserve and are very lucky to have the parents they do.

Drat and double drat! I lost the rest of my post. First time that has happened so here we go again. Wouldn't want you to miss my pearls of wisdom!

Aly - hope you dragged yourself out of your stupor(!) yesterday and got to your appointment. And I really hope it went well.

Least - hope the 'off' feeling has left you. Very familiar with that around the start of autumn so anticipating I'll get that soon.

Rusty - two great pieces of news, your sponsees' success and your gigs. Very heartening.

Daisy - snap! I'm off to the zoo today too. Bet your part of the UK is great for walks. I love London but it does mean all walks are city based. Planning a trip to West Yorkshire soon to remedy that.

Caramel - that's an impressive non-smoking milestone to be celebrating.

Grateful the extended family members have gone back home and that they had a successful visit. Nice to be involved and to have joint birthday celebrations but not always relaxing.
Grateful to have had time off on Monday with a walk in the park and afternoon tea in a beautiful setting. Needless to say, the option of 'bubbles' - unlimited - was available. It's finally sinking in with me that one of the reasons you need a secure recovery plan is because alcohol is available and widely accepted everywhere you go. Found myself wondering if that will ever change in the way attitudes to smoking did.
Grateful it's not quite so scorching hot any more, especially since the zoo is on the agenda. Still warm but in a rather more normal way
Grateful to have made the time to post. Toddler care again today but I got up that bit earlier to give myself the time to read and post. I very much enjoy reading your news and thoughts and I also need your support!

Wish everybody a perfect Tuesday and failing that, an OK one.

Grateful RZ’s gigs were green lighted.
Grateful for Caramel’s non-smoking milestone.
Grateful (?) my body woke naturally at 4:15 today, well before the alarm was set to go. Gives me time to post though working late tonight will be tough. (Hev, I do go to bed super early...I was asleep by a bit after 9 p.m. last night).
Grateful to navigate some very rough waters at work yesterday.
Daisy, I am so grateful for my orange tabby. Is that like the ginger you mention? Ours is so big. I know I need to be more restrictive with food but I am terrible at limiting it. It makes him so happy!
Grateful we got to hear Mags’ pearls of wisdom after all!
Grateful to come here with all of you.
