Grateful to wake up refreshed and clear headed.
Grateful for a beautiful, cold, clear and sunny morning.
Grateful to be able to help my step g.daughter this morning by looking after her two babies whilst she goes to a funeral.
Grateful for coffee, I made need it.
Grateful to get a wash load done.
Grateful to be here with you all. xxx

Grateful for an unbroken night of sleep.
Grateful for COFFEE!!
Grateful for all the opportunities my children give me to practice keeping calm.
Grateful to be in a place where I can do things like yoga classes at night (without having booze on my breath)
Grateful for both my cats and in particular that our three-legged cat made it through his early months (he nearly died; was on a nebulizer, had a feeding tube, had his leg amputated, etc.)
Grateful that in working on healing myself I’m getting to a place where I can think more about helping others.
Grateful to all of you for listening and being here. Grateful PalmerSage helped me find it.

Grateful for a good night's sleep in a clean and comfortable bed.
Grateful that I can make good choices today, by focusing on the next right thing.
Grateful for the resilience that sobriety brings me.
Grateful that my kids have a full day of school today.
Grateful that I have nice clothes to wear.

Grateful for a very good quality sleep
Grateful the fence and trees are still standing. The neighbor’s fence blew over. The other neighbors oak tree crashed into their house in the high winds
Grateful the car didn’t stall in the flood on the way home last night. With heavy rain and a backed up drain, three other cars got stuck
Grateful the storm is expected to be a bit calmer today
Grateful that I can work from home in my PJs today if I want to

Grateful I’m able to work 8-10 hours/day on house
Grateful to have returned items for credit at stores
Grateful I get paid tomorrow
Grateful I go back to work next week
Grateful to have reached the facility by phone where my daughter was transferred
