Grateful that everyone is going back to work and school today!
Grateful that I can pick up my dogs from the kennel.
Grateful that the holidays were happy, and are now over.
Grateful for a job with the flexibility to telework.
Grateful for a new year and a fresh start.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful to read about everyone's gratitude, a wonderful start to the day!

Grateful that so many good things in my life have happened because of sobriety

Grateful for one year without being subservient to alcohol.
Grateful for those up the road ahead of me, blazing trail, especially bandicoot for the milestone.
Grateful fate/HP led me to find a perfect shirt in the middle of all the clothes in a thrift store. It says “My favorite bars are chocolate”.
Grateful always for modern technology and that I am posting this on a phone that is smaller than a piece of bread.
Grateful I am rolling in late to work.
Grateful for the golf umbrella I got years ago in Seattle as the rains continue to fall here
Grateful for yoga teacher Stephanie Snyder and her wisdom on recovery.
Grateful for you all.

Thanks from me too about the grey rock method info -- I've been practicing that unconsciously for a long time, but now I have a name for it!

Grateful to be able to take my little cat to the vet for a vaccination.

Grateful that I slept through the night (no dogs barking!)
Grateful for COFFEE.
Grateful that my house construction is progressing.
Grateful that I am actually returning stuff from the holidays, instead of letting it sit until it's too late!
Grateful for a new ski jacket that will arrive tomorrow.
Grateful to return to the office today.

Grateful that through SR I met a friend (Sunflower79) who lives in my town. Grateful we were able to meet up again last night and have dinner.
So grateful she brought me a one-year chip. I am so proud of it.
Grateful for the fantastic YouTube coaches who put up really excellent HIIT videos for free.
Grateful for coffee. Even though this particular coffee is quite bad, it’s still good to have.
Grateful I got try what is called Foot Relax massage yesterday thanks to a gift card.
Grateful I could make the woman who gave me the massage happy with a good tip.
Grateful to wake up with a dry mouth ... because the heater was on probably too high.
Grateful for a happy childhood.
Grateful my parents are here in town showering my children with love.
