Grateful for...you guessed it...coffee!
Grateful for my sweet, loyal dogs who follow me wherever I go.
Grateful that my husband is going into the office this morning, so I can be extra lazy.
Grateful that I'm not overweight anymore.
Grateful that I have a chance to make some healthier choices today.
Grateful that I have the luxury of resting when I'm not feeling great.
Grateful for toast.
Grateful for SR, and all of you!

Grateful I'm alive. Grateful I can make it a good day, and I don't ever have to have another drink.

Ahhh...yes. The wonderful world of books.

Grateful to the mamas (including mine), who regularly took their kiddos to the library. I passed the old library the other day, now a coffeehouse, and fondly remembered carrying a stack of books on my way out.

Grateful for all the special posts here today.
Grateful, too, for rediscovering reading in my sobriety. I always read before falling asleep, but when drinking I would never retain what I'd read. Finally, I gave up trying. (A couple times when I fell asleep while reading, a heavy book almost broke my nose. I'm glad those wasteful days are over.)
Grateful to be ready for the big snow.

Grateful for a good nights sleep, the third in a row.
Grateful to wake up in a warm house.
Grateful to cook a good breakfast for my live in g.son.
Grateful to think about what to write in a text disagreement with my wayward son and his lack of respect for me.
Grateful to stay calm and polite in my response.
Grateful that I am not allowing him to trigger me to drink as in the past.
Grateful to see how pleased my little cat is to see me in a morning, she's so gorgeous.
Grateful to be able to come and vent here this morning, I very much needed it.
Grateful to you all for your kind words and ongoing support. xx

Grateful for what I saw of the moon yesterday morning. I’ve never seen it so low and large in the sky. Breathtaking.
Grateful for the soft glow of white outdoor lights.
Grateful for job security.
Grateful that I worked after I got home from a dinner party last night. Not because I worked but because I was able to.
Grateful for delicate porcelain (or are they ceramic?) coffee cups.
Grateful for sparkling grape juice.
Grateful to share some precious time with old friends minus the squalls of our children last night.
Grateful to be here with all of you.

Grateful for my winter driving skills, as well. I'll be needing those skills this coming week. I am also hoping that my car cooperates, lol (crossing fingers).
