Grateful for Alysheba’s latest twist on the hair tie/cat angle!
Grateful for a trip to Target without my children.
Grateful for gardeners and farmers.
Grateful for the algorithm/aggregator/whatever it is in Google Photo and Apple Photo App that turns my family photos into little movies.
Grateful that I didn’t drag myself into the office yesterday but instead dragged myself to a hot yoga class. Grateful that I didn’t run screaming from the room but stayed the whole 90 minutes.
Grateful that when I got done I came home and had a bunch of water and a lovely glass of sparkling grape juice.
Grateful to realize it doesn’t really matter what’s in my glass as long as it’s yummy or useful (and alcohol is neither).
Grateful to be here with you all.

Grateful to remember Kathy with love
Grateful to wake up this morning not trying to remember where I'd hidden my empty wine bottle(s).
Grateful to do the school run with my g.children.
Grateful to give my mum a lift into town and grateful she is well.
Grateful to drop some clothes off to the charity shop for my daughter.
Grateful I have a stash of hair bobbles for my little cat to hunt and pounce on and grateful she is just having a cat nap by my feet.
Grateful I was organised yesterday and have dinner prepared for today.
Grateful to sit down with an apple and a coffee and have half an hour to post.
Grateful for all the support I receive from you lovely people. xx

Grateful for a good cry. Grateful to catch myself overthinking things, getting ahead of myself with worry, to take a breath and ground myself, keep things simple and take it one day at a time.
Grateful to turn off the news again and listen to some new agey music instead

Grateful for snow, which is so beautiful and makes everything cozier.
Grateful for baked goods.
Grateful that my kids are happy and excited.
Grateful that even on my laziest day, I'm more productive than any day when I was drinking.

Grateful for Rusty Zipper’s observation about the low enough bottom. Totally agree!
Grateful for a pretty good metabolism.
Grateful that a small infected cut can make us remember how important each finger or body part is.
Grateful to have a few moments to post and for this focus on gratitude you all have helped me cultivate.
Grateful I know what hair baubles are and for our shared love of animals.
Grateful to be mostly awake and ready to start the day.
Grateful for a pretty good metabolism.

Grateful to wake up hangover and guilt free.
Grateful the school run went smoothly.
Grateful to be able to take some garbage to the rubbish tip for my daughter.
Grateful to get my car hand washed.
Grateful to laugh at my little cat hiding when she knows I'm going out, she hates having to stay in the kitchen.
Grateful to remember to fill my bird feeders, grateful to watch the wild birds feasting on them.
Grateful to have food in my cupboards, running water and a warm house
Grateful to you all for being part of my journey. xx

Grateful for coffee!
Grateful for the beautiful snow,
Grateful that I have a flexible work schedule so everything doesn't fall apart when schools change their opening status due to weather.
Grateful that I will be purpose-driven when I finally make it to work.
Grateful for weight gain because it reminds me to pay attention, and that my body needs better care.
Grateful for my sweet dogs.
Grateful for SR and this thread.
