Hi friends,
Seen and noted D. I will reserve the word dill in the event I ever meet an Aussie I do not like lol. Happy Easter to you as well.

Steely, I think Michael Bolton is one class act and like the idea of being linked w/him in your thoughts lol. I also happen to like emoticons...I think they're adorable! Where are the koalas going to then?

Astro, oh yea, I think your 27yrs qualifies you lol. Was the hazmat training mandatory for your co-worker?

Winslow, I'm glad your anxiety improved today. I forgot, were you prescribed benzos for alcohol withdrawal or for anxiety disorder? For those of us w/anxiety disorder, I wholeheartedly agree with Steely about accepting anxiety as part of us. I think it's similar to accepting we can never drink or drug again in sobriety. Once we accept these facts, we can move forward.

Blacky, breathe...hold for 7 seconds...exhale.

Melki, thinking of you hun.

Hi Kelly, welcome!

Wolfie, have a great wkend dear!

My SIL and fam came up from Kentucky to visit, so that's what we did today. Then we came home and my daughter, SIL, & both grandsons were waiting for us. We colored eggs and they're all spending the night.
Tomorrow, we are babysitting while all my kids and their spouses are going to a casino. Personally, I don't care for casinos. I've only been one time and lost the $150 I brought w/in 30 minutes. I can think of much better uses for 150 bucks lol.
Then, Sunday, we are going to my oldest daughter's for Easter, along w/my siblings and fams.

Easter (( hugs )) & much love!

I'm glad your anxiety shifted Winslow. Funny how it can change in a microsecond? It's a good lesson.

Try this kzaug: I am not a doll I am a dill. lol

Sounds a good day with the kids. Kids really like Easter eggs for some reason. More magic maybe? The simple chocolate egg.

Keep rolling blacky.

Watered and transplanted some plants did a bit of reading and more organising around the house. Things seem to be coming together slowly in all ways, whatever that means? Not quite used to it.

Best to all

Steely, I work at a water treatment plant doing procurement. While I don't handle many hazardous materials other than industrial gases and lubricant, there is always the chance of a chlorine, ferric, or other chemical leak.

We are required to take a refresher course every three years. My co-worker retires in Nov. so I don't think he's very concerned about it. I'm a new employee so I'd eventually have to take it. I like all the extra knowledge from the training.

Side job today doing plumbing. Happy Easter to all!

BTW kzaug, I only take $20 at a time into casinos. When it's gone I go home!

Afternoon Everyone

I like good training in that sort of stuff Astro, vital really. Gave half-arsed CPR to my neighbour and she survived.

Milked it a bit, but now it's back to normal. Yesterday's hero.

Someone's knocked off all the chillies I was growing. I mean take some, but not all. Grrrrr

Things a bit dull here today so back to the grind and hope everyone is travelling well.

Now that's a reason to get as much training as possible!

Happy Easter everyone. Off to church, then home for brunch. Eggs are hidden for the little ones.

Just ate chicken noodles with chillies and fruit cake for breakfast but not in that order. My appetite dropped again but am eating again so that's good. Besides I like fruitcake.

Easter has been depressing to say the least and what with a Sunday tossed in the blues invited themselves in.

What a F up of my life I've made, how many tragedies, that sort of thing. Very gloomy.

And there's me advising Winslow on anxiety management. Though I'm happy to report that acceptance and distraction really does work. And happy today in the knowledge that all the Easter eggs will have been found. They will probably be half price tomorrow.

Rested on the view that you can be *working* even while slumped on the lounge. Do a lot of thinking on the couch, and it can be productives, that's work.
Just hate the racy head miles and thats improving a bit too.

it's a game changer so I expect there will be days like that. ,

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts hope ewes (that's a slack aussie way of pronouncing you in the plural) are all doing well with your own projects and doings.

Gave myself permission for some Doonah Therapy.

It would be good working on a greenhouse blackie. Mending holes is a good metaphor and the sun'll come out.
