I bumped it back up. 25 days clean. Still need to post my horror story about the hospital, surprised that didn't get me to use. Still not smoking cigarettes, 8 days. Funny, I can smell now.

I have been wrong....I'm only clean 24 days today. Went back 2 days but that is ok because that big 30 is still around the corner!! Had to check the calendar

Tomorrow will be day 5 for me. I am feeling a little bit better.
I am gonna try that exercise thing again tomorrow and this time, maybe
it won't all fall through, hehe!!

I'm with you - well almost - day 4 tomorrow! Day 3 today, back at my meetings. Great feelings - hard not to admonish myself and say hello what went wrong, why didn't you keep with something that was going to great...goes down to self I suppose!
Good on all you guys!!! Sober days are great days! Well done!
