Hi,
I'm new too. I've spent a lot of time recntly looking inward at depression, drinking and my life over the past 20 years. I imagine what I'd be had I not started. I have enjoyed reading your posts and see much of myself in your words. To Hector and the other long-timers who took time to post words of encouragement, thank you, your insights are of great value to those of us who are and have recently decided to change.
I look forward to getting to know you all better.
Thanks,
bdug
