One day is really all we have. All the old-timers started at day 1. Just let it be one 24 at a time-- and the days just add up on their own.

Day 2 for me...hanging in there--

Hey, It is good to see that I'm not forgotten around here. I am doing great everyone.

How are you all doing?

It feels great to stop back in and see what you are all up to. For me, it's meeitngs and working on my recovery. Feels great the hope that I am getting back.

Cool...glad to see everybody this morning! Guys, today is 49 days for me...can you believe that? I sure can't! I'm on step 9 in the program and just feel pretty awesome today. It's a miracle!

Hi everyone, Today is 3 weeks for me - 21 days, it feels fantastic, my body thanks me every second of every day, and though it has not be plain sailing I have made it this far and am in pretty good shape.

So I am loooking forward to? Yep you guessed it, the next 24 hours
