Hi everyone! Congrats to everone on sober days! I'm at 17 days!! I think it's getting better, still have crappy days and certain times during the day I crave alcohol more, but I havn't given in yet...Best of luck to you all!!

Hello, everbody...I am gald to see how long this thread is.......COOL......I have 5 years and 3 months and some days!!!!! I am doing great and life is wonderful.....I feel so empowered by my clean time and that I can finally be ME......I have found out who I am.......YEA...Good luck to all the newbies.....Kahlia

5 months is great. Things aren't always so peachy and there are bad days, but good days are on the way so just hang in there, ok?

Day 5 for me, first day I have felt a little less anxious. Hopefully the meeting tonight will help more. Been reading the BB and about to head out to the pool for some light/water therapy.

Day 63, 9 weeks for me
Its early Sat Morning and I am answering email reading/posting here, walking the dogs, chopping some firewood, then heading off to a spritual workshop (meditation) for the weekend.

As my keychain says, its a new day for me. I just started working the steps again today. Thank you to my friend, who will stay anon, who gave me this board. I had trouble getting to meetings and most of the time they weren't my bag. I finally gave up when I needed the NA workbook and no one could find one for me. I'm a workbook type of person.
I needed a support group and I thought that maybe I could come here for online 'meetings' so to speak.

i am a newbie if you consider 26 days pretty new, new to soberrecovery.com today. i have a lot of questions and i tell ya, i am stressed out more than ever. did you know that when you have to feel hurt.....it really hurts. i am lost, but soon to be found. i hope we can get through this together. thanks for the invite, heather
