Day 3, this is cool building the days here. I like to see my clean time. Spring and summer will be hard. My husband and I used to go out on the bike and ride around the lake and smoke a couple of joints. Time to find different things to do. I have never planted a garden before, maybe it's time to try!

I like this thread. I like to help everyone celebrate their accomplishments. It helps us to share in each other's joys and everything else. This is a good form of bonding for us.

This thread is so encouraging. The support is great, and that is why we are all here. I am so greatful to have found this site, and it inspires me to stay sober. Thanks to all of you for being here with me...it gives me strength. I realize we are all newbies (I am on day 73), but we can still support each other to be strong. This thread does help with encouragement and we need all of that we can get!
I'm on day 3 today .....<<< trying to fight those pesky aches and pains............
and t\ake lots of baths........ my head feels like it is gonna explode..my addict mind is saying "feed me feed me" but I say "NO NO NO NO!!" and I stand firm in that decision.

I survived the crisis last night..................THANK GOD!! ............that was tooooo close for comfort!!

Wishing you all a wonderful, happy, sober 24! Day 6 today and climbing. I am enjoying watching the miracles happen on this thread. Everyone keep posting and we can all help each other fight this demon.

Tomorrow will be day 7: one week!! Wow, I am starting to feel so much BETTER!! Wow, in only 7 days, I can feel such a big difference. I am starting to feel my decisions to stay sober and it is running thru me so that I can feel the rewards. I will get up tomorrow and do exactly what I did today to make it thru the day clean and sober.

Hey everyone keep your head up and we can get through this. its day 15 for me and i just turned 21 two days ago and didnt need a thing to celebrate other than love and support...yah!!! Hope all is well. We can do this together!!!

286 days today. I hope everyone is strong in establishing another sober day under their belt. It brings a smile to my face to see the young ones coming in and learning the tools in getting it right. I Guarantee, you won't be sorry. Finding sobriety young is wise in avoiding all the wasted years, the utter foolishness and the pain we create for ourselves and our loved ones. Have a terrific 24...

hi all. perseverence pays off!!!! workin on my 312th day here....was in a pretty bad head space yesterday...so what did i do about it>?? found someone to talk to...and the result? I stayed clean and sober!!! yeah.!!.and might have found a sponsor to boot!! Hopin so anyway.
