Hope you are all doing ok this weekend.
I have felt meh the last week or so, so I have been hiding. I went back to church this morning which really helped. I feel happier and calmer now. Watching a horror with my partner before off to bed. I'm now 322 days sober. Here's to a better week for all I hope xx

I took three tylenol almost two hours ago and it seems to have worked. The overwhelming pain is gone, even when I move my leg. If it gets bad again I'll call my doctor in the morning and try to get in,

End of Day 113 - Hope everyone is having a great sober day. Please remember, more than we can't have it, it's more important that we don't need it. Just pure poisonous addictive, depressing substance.

No colourful intro this week, I was informed my dad died in the early hours of this morning, he was 84. We were not close so there is no mourning as such but some emptiness that we had such a poor relationship. He had not seen my daughters or my sister/bil's children for over a decade.

Doing a ton of laundry this morning. I'll be glad to get it over with. We have new washers in our laundry room and they take a little longer. I dream of having my own washer and dryer again someday! It will be awesome to have an empty hamper after I'm done. LOL.
