Glad to read everyone's posts! s
I'm in this weekend. I'm getting better from this bug I've had, not Covid, I have a few tests at home and was tested recently. Just some annoying thing. Just when I'm getting better, I'll get some new thing, but overall, for sure on the mend!
Least, the procedures are nothing compared to the prep for those things! When I had my bleeding ulcer, I got all kinds of scopes, etc., but the prep was the worst, esp for the colonoscopy. Wishing you the best with that! I sure hope they find something. It is really hard living with chronic pain. Sending prayers to my dear friend.
Have a great sober Saturday everyone!

Dee, the appt went very well. I like the young doctor and got a vibe of trust from him. Have to go thru another colonoscopy and endoscopy but it's not the procedure I hate, but the prep! Yuck!

Billie is sacked out on her blankie. Just her presence in the room makes me feel at peace.
Least, Sending wishes your way. Don't worry everything will go smooth.

I'm dog sitting my daughter's Great Dane this weekend. So far it's going really well. He's crying/whining a bit cause he misses his mom. But he's well behaved and friendly.

I told her I'd do it cause I want to mend our broken relationship. We had a falling out back in October and haven't spoken much since then. So for her to ask me a favor so important as watching her beloved dog - well, I jumped at the chance.

I only had to run one errand today and now that it's done, we're in for the rest of the day.

Billie is being very good. She barked and whined when he first got here, but now she's just relaxing in the den and not making a fuss over the other dog in the house.

Calmself, good news on your job update! I admire your integrity.

AthensDawg Friday is a great day to start a new job. Pleased it went well.

Aly, hope you’re soon feeling much better. I’m not surprised though considering what you’ve had to deal with these last few months. Bound to catch up when you’re at a low ebb. Our bodies make us rest when we have to. Love to you and your mom.

Least I hope big dog enjoys his stay with you. And the rift between you and mk can slowly heal perhaps.

Kaily, yikes! What a dream. Stays with you for a while that sort.

Been having a busy time with mum in law (she has Alzheimer’s) so I’m pretty much brain fogged when we leave her. I feel like I’m living in Alice in wonderland’s world when I’m with her. Still tired out and brain fogged this morning. Feel like I could go back to bed for the day. I’m sure I’ll come round eventually.

Love to all Weekenders

Canadian Koala, very good analogy. I think that often it's not possible to put the glass down though.

Timely video CK.

Sending positive vibes Aly and Mags.

There has been a sudden surge of £50 million houses on the market in London this last week. Not for nothing is it sometimes called Londongrad.

I have a large painful bruise on the back of my right leg. I was getting out of my brother's car at the store and didn't open the car door all the way and it swung shut on my leg. Now it hurts like hell and I have a huge hard lump on my leg where the bruise is.

Sorry about your leg least, you're not having much luck with them recently. I'm glad Billie is OK with the Great Dane. They are more like a small horse than a dog.

Yikes, that sounds painful least. I hope it doesn't get worse in the next 24 hours.

I think I better go for a long walk tomorrow. This afternoon I ate an entire large chocolate bar and a big packet of crisps and I'm still feeling full. 😮

it hurts so bad right now, like electric shocks. if i move at all it sends shooting pains all the way up my right leg. I took three tylenol an hour ago and if the pain isn't any better, or is worse, i'm going to call the emt's to go to the er. I am scared. This pain is awful.

Least I'm so sorry. You did not need that. Maybe you should call an ambulance if it's hurting that badly. Esp with the blood clot issue. Sending prayers, dear one.
