StayCation Weekend - Weekenders 27- 30 March 2020
It’s lunchtime Saturday here. I did an online exercise class for the first time today. Reminded me of Jane Fonda’s workouts I used to do with Mum on video (VHS) yep showing my age now
Now deciding what to have for lunch....
Roast chicken and salad I’m thinking
And a cup of chai latte

Hello Willow,
Nope still drinking tea.
Watching one of those 24h news channels which has become basically à 24h covid Chanel now. We are in our second week of lockdown here and they have just announced 2 more weeks. Your dindins sounds good. Is it bad to want roast chicken at 04h57 ?
✌️👍🐸

Hey Vinny, nothing wrong with roast chicken for breakfast
Although I’d probably skip the salad and have it on toast with avocado spread on the toast, and cheese and cracked pepper op top, melted under the grill, yum

I'm hanging in there...some days better than others. I see you are doing well I read a lot on here but I feel embarassed to say much. Thanx for the call out...lol
Really just bloody fantastic posts.
What a great bunch of girls and guys.
Nice to see you Forwards checking in.
Peace I enjoyed the first two seasons of ozark so cool.
JR, Kavanagh's Tarry Flynn is my favorite book of all time. I do suppose that it's not an easy read for the english english or the american english with some pretty odd irish english dialect and colloquialism. It's like alot of ishiguro's work just read and re-read...
Mags How's the lockdown going, Mr Mags isn't buiried out in the back garden... ?
Recovery here we come... ✌️

Lunar, are you having probs with your internet? it’s been slow and temperamental round here!
Loving all the conversations.
The news has just come on and with the news of the prime minister and health secretary having the virus and the news reporters were sat even further apart it seems, than yesterday!
Yesterday, I had a ride on a gondola (not as romantic and beautiful as I had imagined) (it would’ve cost me around £150 in real life! I had a run on a beach in Hawaii (I loved hearing the sea) , I had a tour of the Sistine Chapel and marvelled how Michael Angelo painted the wonderful art. (It was smaller than I imagined). I must be wearing my ‘critic’ hat today. I’ll have to swap it for ‘happy’ hat.
I may go for a drive on the Amalfi Coast today , it truly is beautiful.
The sun is showing her face this morning.
I got a bit frustrated yesterday. It was nice and sunny and I wanted to go for a drive and out to lunch. I have to tell myself that my staycation is better than the risk of you know what.
See you later. Take care xx

That's very good Kaily. I wonder who made it.
Good to see you Patterson!
I need to go food shopping today. I wonder if I should wear a full body suit and respirator
Once again it is a lovely morning in London that we are not getting to enjoy although it looks a lot warmer in my pic than it actually was which was around 4°C.
