That was a good weekend, glad I was sober and could enjoy it. Sadly my beloved San Antonio Spurs are now out of the playoffs, oh well. Onward and upward as they say. Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili had to practice a lot to get that good, only way to do it. Funny thing, the Buddhists call their meditation "practice" which I absolutely love for the incongruity. I mean you're sitting there doing nothing, but it's practice haha! And it really has worked for me, go figure.

I bet this week is gonna be great too!

Happy Monday, off to Physio today. I think it will be my last. the Leg is soo much better. I may go for som massage therapy. Never don it before, but I still have some tight spots.

This afternoon, my son and I are going to go visit that luthier I was telling you about. I'm really leaning towards taking the class, but the expense is keeping me on the fence. I have the money in my sober savings so.....

Dragon, I really want to ask, "How much is it??" but I'll be polite for now. I bet once you meet this man you'll have a better idea of the right thing to do. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Yesterday was a spectacular perfect weather day here in the PNW, and I now have a pink glow to my face, arms and shoulders. I grew up in Florida and I know enough to get out of the sun as soon as I feel my skin - and I didn't use sunscreen, so I got out of the sun pretty quickly. It was glorious, though.

Nice to see you stop by, Vinny, it's not Weekenders without you.

"Hi," SnazzyDresser! Practicing meditation seems about right...Squirrel!!

Midnight, thinking of you.

We’ve been looking at new fireplaces. Saw a ‘floating ‘ one that I liked and luckily hubby likes it too. Not something I would normally go for...must be getting mod in my Seenager years lol.,
Going to sleep on it, see if I still like it tomorrow, then order it. They do all the work, thank goodness.

Turned out nice here but a few degrees cooler.

Floating fireplaces look very smart, one of my aunt and uncles (who are in their mid 70's btw) have an amazing looking one.

I must admit I don't actually know what a floating fireplace is, so I Googled it and honestly I still don't know.

Oh good saou, they looked smart in the showroom. Look very easy to look after and can download an app to operate it.

Kaily, they’re a fireplace without an hearth, but just attached to the wall. Not explained that too well!

Thanks for explaining Mags. That's what I saw on Google but I couldn't work out why it wasn't just called a floating fire as essentially there isn't really a fireplace.

They do look very nice.
