Well done daughter Dragon, the chair looks great. Full size versions would make great patio chairs.

Congratulations on your date MidnightBlue and good luck on your interview.

My job is not very productive right now, i'm really not looking forward to going in tomorrow. I hope things pick up soon.

Manta those juices look amazing! I’m coming to stay at your place....

Captain the chilli poppers sound great, I love chilli

Hell yes from Hell maybe! I love it Good luck with the interview MB, you’ll knock them out with your awesomeness

Hope you have a better day Sao

Dragon and Manta I totally agree, Heinz baked beans are YUMMO!
I could be feeling over enthusiastic and kinda loopy right now after my midnight redeye flight home was delayed and so I’ve missed my connecting flight, so I have had virtually no sleep and now have all day waiting in the airport for the next available flight Hungry, angry, lonely, tired, and SAD I miss my family so much already. A week at home was lovely but now it’s back to the reality of my life... and I’m soooo tired. Repeat to self... I will not go near the bar, I will not go near the bar....

Love the weekender reports of first kisses, British slang definitions of "Andy," furniture refurbishing, delicious juicing, sunsets, ducks at the park, signs of spring, and quiet time at home. I'm learning A LOT, as the seventh sober weekend closes. The first weekend where no thoughts of drinking even entered my mind. I know cravings and thoughts can return at any time but was happy not to be fighting this weekend. See you next Friday night delightful weekenders!

Evening, groundhog class. In three hours I’ll be 2 weeks sober.

While I’ve been here many times before, this is the very first time I’ve hit this milestone with a lifelong commitment to zero alcohol.

The wife and I ordered way too much sushi and have been hanging out with our newborn all evening. Took a little drive with him, too.

It’s a very good day. Counting my blessings.

Hmmm sushi... I saw a sushi place in the airport. I might just get some sushi to go with my coffee. The only “proper food” place is in the bar, and I’m avoiding it. I’m a bit too tired and fragile at the moment to risk sitting where I can see people drinking wine... Sushi sounds a better option.

He’s amazing. He’s our first. And, quite honestly, I think a big part of my tectonic shift from “wrestling with moderation” to making a lifelong commitment to sobriety.

He’s never seen his old man struggle with alcohol, and he doesn’t have to.

Sorry to hear you are stuck in the airport Willow. Been there done that. It sucks. We arrived once (me and the family) at Vancover airport late in the evening with 6+ hour layover. The place was closed! I had no idea that airports close up at night. We were the last flight in. Only thing open was a Coffee shop. Sleep deprevation and coffee makes for one punchy Dragon.

As a matter of fact, something did come mind today that I'll be researching. But I also have a little project that I've been working on for a while. Started on prototype number three today.
