Rough day here. Had to meet the attorney as I said about a while ago. They were nice, but have no intentions of settling with my ex, said he is taking out lots of shady loans on the basis of the case. Said they will be sub poena-ing me for the case
. Hopefully my ex will not get crazy at me.
So, now I feel like a really want a beer. I am complaining to Mr. Fireman who probably wonders what on Earth is got himself into, although is being supportive so far. I should bitch to someone else...so here I am!

About ~1.5 hours from us, the Founder of 'The Discovery Channel' [and other Channels] pretty much owns this entire Canyon. So, with the oversight of the local Volunteer Fire Department, Folks show up at a Fundraiser for this Fire Department to blow up stuff. Nothing says 'Freedom' like setting off High-Powered Explosives!-)

At least your ancestors made sure you get nice weather for fireworks! In the UK it is Nov 5th, which means freezing cold and wet usually...inconsiderate of Guy Fawkes not to attempt to blow up Parliament in the summer months.

Doing a little urge surfing right now, so I appreciate the humor.
People will start going bananas with fireworks on the lake starting tonight.
My dog will shake and whine, but my boys will have stars in their eyes since they are mini-pyromaniacs with this stuff!!!

Just found the thread. Hello all. No 4th of July special plans here in Central America, but I will be heading back to the US of A on July 7. Coincidentally, that will be my 3 year sober anniversary. How about that?
Last week I posted a nice picture of the sunny volcano view I enjoy every morning. But this week, we've had some rain. The view has been a bit more....ominous.

LA - wha wha whawha what? Man I am bummed. I was going to share the story about the court house in Cincinnati that was evacuated and bomb squad called in because of a perfume bottle shaped like an old grenade.
Get back on the bus this minute!
Well.... the mood has changed. But since I'm going to see JT tomorrow and he ends his shows with this, here it is from a way long time ago. Here he explains the satire in the song... good stuff
