Do something different to shift your mood, even if it's something small. Change of location, music, even cleaning can get me through when my mind is being dumb. I know it sounds oversimplified, but even a small shift can have a big impact.

Only Non posts bacon on a board that has measurements on the edges . . . just incase some woodwork needs to knocked out before getting that bacon sizzling!!

Posted this in the June thread, figure it best to post it here too. My first sober weekend, but am determined.
My weekend plans, not concrete but it is a start.
I stocked house with Diet ginger ale, I have diet crystal light, so good there.
I bought some snacks to go with air popped popcorn.
I have planned tonights, Sat and Sun nite dinners ( I am the main cook so planning meals ahead less stress)
I have to work for a bit tomorrow so that is acutally good.
I plan to go for walks on both days and try to get my EASports active workouts in. And maybe my short bike rides to a nearby park.
Will check in with SR, I downloaded the app, still need to figure out how to post.

Just back from the marina. Had an excellent few hours catching up with an old friend. He goes to school in Rome but is back for the Summer now. On top of that caught four mackerel, there's been times I've caught five or six times that many in the same space of time but I was delighted with those four as I had a feeling it would still be too early for them to appear here on the west coast. First of many great nights fishing with my mates this summer I expect
