Great job on day four, robc! Keep up the great work and try staying active and in time things should be getting better and better. Glad to hear you got to get some great exercise and do something you enjoy.

I'm on day 14 (and love that popcorn, too, nicki, though there is NO way I would reschedule a massage!)

Today is one week. One motivation to keep February 22 as my sober day - I would celebrate my 90 days on my birthday. I've never had an honest 90 days before.

Nevermind that, that is far in the future. Just concentrating on today. Going to sort some laundry, start editing an essay, and go to a meeting that I don't really want to go to - if nothing else it will take up an hour or so of my day.

Day 11 here.... WooooooHoooo!

I just got my first 12-step call this a.m. from a girl I met at a mtg earlier in the week. She's an alkie and had to go to the ER last night. We talked for a while and are getting together tomorrow for lunch then a mtg!

Am blessed that I can "show up sober" for myself and others today!

Sixteen days today. I should feel happy but I don't. But just being sober today will have to be 'happy' enough, I guess.

Day 5. Started out the day really weird. I felt so sick to my stomach. I don't know if it was part of the withdrawals or just some bug. Even though I felt like crap I managed to go to the skatepark and get about 2 1/2 hours of exercise. I felt a little sick on the way home, but feel fine now.

Day 26 here and the first snow I've seen in years! It's so exciting and fun. And picking on poor mother dearest...she hates the cold so I keep running out to get snow to put under the covers of her bed with her. She hates it. lol It's so much fun running around barefoot in shorts in the snow. I wish it would stay like this forever....perfect weather. I hope everyone else is enjoying their day.

Morning!
Figured I would check in with my class. Hope this finds all well.
Sounds like Wes has found some mischief to get himself into. (The good kind).
No snow here, it's actually starting to warm up a bit. Spring just may be trying to fight it's way out here in Montana.
I know better to get fooled though--since we have two seasons: July, and Winter.
Best to all.

Checking in. I HAD to come into work today even with the snow and bad roads and of course the bosses are working from home. Which means I'm unsupervised. Which means it's 10:10 in the morning and I'm having cravings.

Need to get through today. (Day 8)

Day 12 here.... Woke up blue!!! Feelin' a bit better now that I've accomplished a few things in my house and have been on here. Just called the gal I talked to yesterday and she didn't want to come to the phone....her mom answered. I guess I won't be gettin' with her today, but will keep prayin' -- Don't we ALL need as much prayers as we can get!

Rainy in Tahoe.... seems like over 24 hrs now. No snow YET, but it's lurking around the corner. A lil depressing but I know the sun will come out sooner than later, inside and out!

Thanks, Class

Loving the snow today! I swear I feel like a little kid or something. Been out for a couple hours throwing snowballs at traffic and still going after my mom with the snow since she hates the cold. lol Sometimes I wonder if I'm 14 instead of 24. lol Hope all is well with the Class of February. And glad to hear you're feeling better Nicki! Much <3 for ya and hope it continues to get better.

Day 6. I had an unexpected surprise and a good friend was in my city for work. He has been in recovery for 6 1/2 years and is very active in AA. We went to dinner with another friend. He had Ice T, I had water, and our other buddy had a beer and sake. I had no urge to drink at all.
