Worst food in russia....

Another fun photo ... not going to be eating this rubbish again!
(if you cannot read this - it says 'MacDonalds' )

(oven roasting some veg now - Garlic smells fantastic, will eat this with chicken and pan-fried tomatos).

Really enjoying cooking. Not eaten properly for years!

I just discover that this 'Detox' drink is a 'fibre' drink (?) . It is supposed to make you eat less ?!?! - so maybe is good for losing the extra weight from drinking ? -
I am already doing healthy food only, exercise more, so maybe this will be good as extra help but not sure if it is a good thing. I just tried one packet in water. Maybe another one tomorrow. I will see what happens.

I live in a historic village in the US....one of the oldest....it is DIVINE.

Three weeks today, four lbs lost. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s so much easier than dealing with chaos and drama caused by drinking.

I'm feeling ok , I have only drank the last 3 days an not heavy but a little here an a little there it catches up fast.its my sons birthday a day so my gift to him is a sobor mommy !
