Rest well, SE. Do your best not to be anxious—I’m sure it’s hard. I can’t help but think that any rest and self-care and tranquility you can will positively influence the baby.
Great to hear from you, Rick!
Great to hear from you, Rick!
Take care SE, plenty of rest for you, love to you and baby and grandmother
Congratulations on 4 years Rick.
Talking of beards (again!) I bought some beard oil for hubby a while ago. It’s not greasy or oily but conditions it, makes it nice and soft. (I’m waffling on again!)
Fbl , enjoy your visit to your mums.
Don’t know if I mentioned it but my MIL has Alzheimer’s, since she’s been diagnosed she seems to be getting worse. Or maybe we notice more. It must be very worrying for her but she doesn’t talk about it, FIL keeps us informed. I’ve been reading up on it.
Take care, love to all the overs.

Mags, beard oil! Wow! Alzheimer’s changes can happen quickly. I have a friend here with that - a lovely, charming lady and accomplished artist. She handles it with grace and humor. She can’t remember my name so she simply calls me ‘friend’.
Have a marvelous Monday, Overs!

Inpar, is it true it rains a lot in Seattle?
Andy, I hope the flatness goes away. I’d tell you some jokes but I don’t think they’d help!
Sassy does your friend still do her artistry? I wonder if her illness would come out in her work. Artistic people seem to be able to get the message over in their work.
First day back at work today after a few weeks off sick. Just on mornings this week , doctors orders, and although my brain feels scrambled I feel alert! Does that make any sense?
Pleased to be getting back to normality at last. My normal that is.

Morning overs
It’s still dark outside at 5.33am, you do realise I’m going to moan all winter about the dark mornings until it’s spring again. what am I like!
We had a gorgeous sky on Saturday evening, it was like the northern lights, by the time we got parked up to take a pic they’d changed, but still got a good pic. I’d heard we’ve had them before but never seen them. Hah, it was beautiful.
Have a good Tuesday overs, speak later. Love to all.
