Morning class! Dentist appointment at 11am has me extremely on edge right now. Anytime I am in a situation where I feel like I can't leave/escape (like in a dentists chair) my anxiety kicks into high gear. Breathing through it right now but I know it's only going to get worse. I can't cancel though....I've already canceled twice already. Anyways that's my whine for the day.

Sam, I hear you. I always feel kind of trapped at the dentist, it's very uncomfortable.
I've been a little off lately myself. I had a really great weekend, but yesterday was a terribly down day - I did not go out at all, just sat home with the curtains closed and worked all day. Just mentally tired. A little better today, but still not 100%. Does anyone else find having an enjoyable time exhausting? I know I'm kind of introverted, but I can be pretty sociable in most settings - and actually have a good time. Afterwords, I am just tapped. I think that is my thing right now.
I'll get out a little today, but still taking it slow.

Sam, good luck at the dentist. It will be over with before you know it and you'll be relieved it is out of the way. Hugs!
It feels like winter here today and we're supposed to be getting a lot of rain later. I met my sponsor at a meeting yesterday and she made me feel a little better about my slip. She reminded me (as some other wonderful people have) that I didn't lose those 52 days ... I'm just resetting my sobriety date. It's still depressing to be back on Day 2, again. I think I'm going to stay away from the day counting for now. All we have is today, right? Today I won't drink.

Good morning Marchers. A little late checkin' in this morning. I got a feeling it's gonna' be a great day in my little corner of the world! Startin' fluid is good anyway.
