PR - what's the temp there today? I'm stuck on that 90 degrees. A little jealous here.

LB- can I just say you are pretty impressive? Racking up the days, doing the work - kicking butt. Great job!

CH - I remember you being all anxious about the painting and asking your neighbor. Yet, now you're almost in the other side- great job facing your fears. You rock!

Casey- proud of you for seeing the need to hit the meetings and doing it. Remember to take deep breaths and fill up your soul. You got this.

BBG- no idea about Paws- but I'm very familiar with the brain fog thing. Maybe check with your doctor? You have become the sober king.

PHX- sorry that all of your growth comes with pain. Someone up there must have awesome plans for you! Hang in there. Lots of hugs and support and heartfelt crap like that.

Have an awesome day friends. I'm going to.
Thanks, Bobbie. You're pretty impressive too, my friend.

PJ - Bobbie said it well. Keep the faith. It may seem like slogging at the moment, but the dividends are down the line.

LB - Sounds like a perfect day.

BBG - Not sure about what to do to counteract PAWS except for time (and the obvious - no poison).

KIKI - how are you? Thinking of you as always.

AL & Keets - Hope you have a peaceful day.

PR - We don't usually hit 90s until July. Makes me wonder what your July temps like!

Casey - Wash, rinse, repeat. Sometimes that recipe is exactly what we need.

Sam & Purp - hope today is less peoply.

MITA - Hope you are well, friend.

In July they like to stay around the 100 to 110 mark occasionally getting as high as 115. I absolutely hate it.

Hey everyone!! Later check-in for me....slept through my alarm this morning and had to rush to work. That rarely happens to me and man it sucks.....threw my whole day off. Anyways on my way home now and my iced tea is Coco Colada...I'm not a huge coconut fan but it's surprisingly refreshing. This is the beginning of three days off for me - woot!!

It's 17 here today not sure how to convert that into American but it's beautiful and sunny.

No plans tonight - maybe a movie.

Happy Sunday!

Sam here ya' go:

Celcius x 1.8 +32 = Fahrenheit

17 x 1.8 + 32 = 62.6

Now ya' know! LOL

Today turned out pretty good, despite a wobbly start. Didn't get as much accomplished at work as planned.....as much as I love dogs, their human families can be such a PITA! Damn two legged creatures!!! Ugh, oh yeah I'm supposed to be doing that positive outlook crap, aren't I?

Then I got a nice strong Starbucks ~ does anyone remember the classic movie "Gaslight"? There was a matinee play today at a local community college so Mom & I decided to go. It was really good! Then got some yummy shells for dinner - now I'm home watching The Shining

I've seen "Gaslight" in the 1940 British film which can be hard to find.
I thought it was breath-taking, utterly gripping.
It resonated.

Glad you quickly found us again, Caramel. Stick close, post often, ask for help before you drink.

Work went a little long so no 5 pm meeting, but I'm going to an 8 pm one. Just cooked some chicken and portabella fajitas. All is good here in sunny West Texas. It's 74F here. To figure out celsius, you subtract 32 and then divide by 1.8.

I'm still not gonna drink today.
