Morning class! Dentist appointment at 11am has me extremely on edge right now. Anytime I am in a situation where I feel like I can't leave/escape (like in a dentists chair) my anxiety kicks into high gear. Breathing through it right now but I know it's only going to get worse. I can't cancel though....I've already canceled twice already. Anyways that's my whine for the day.

Sorry about the anxiety I get that too it really sucks. All3 of my kids have to do go the dentist today they are excited lol they love getting their teeah cleaned. How did i get lucky there? I wish it didn't end there though.
