LB Thanks for coming right back and posting. I know how easy it is to slip into one of those f-it moments (I think we all do!) I've been meaning to do some recovery homework so I'll let you guys know if I find anything

Pfft. Next you're going to tell me that the Metric system is better than the Imperial system. Imperial just SOUNDS like it's classier.

Yes! And yes. This one too. Expanding my horizons. Also, even though BBG posted the formula for Fahrenheit to Celsius, I use google for that.

Busy, busy, busy day. Icing my shoulder and getting ready to conk out. The weekend hit me hard today: sore and exhausted. But the work I got done is so worth it. Work is insane right now too. I'm working on a project that will help tighten up our financial reporting. It will be really good in the long run. But it's a ton of work up front with tight turn arounds. So, add my brain being wiped out to the list. Looking forward to a great night's sleep. In 3.... 2.... 1.... well soon anyway

I thought toad in a hole was toast with a hole filled with egg.

Geez, you can't just subtract 32 and divide by 1.8 in your head???

Been a nice day off. Good meeting, good Zelda, good lazy reading time. Back to the salt mine tomorrow for a long one.

Goodnight, Marchers!

Absolutely. When I mentioned "treat" in my post I was meaning the idiotic snack-foods I was craving.
Still, it's all part of the misguided thought process - or failure to think things through. The whole episode has given me pause for thought and revision.
Ladybug2 - glad you're back.
Go well, everybody - I love reading your posts xxx

Good evening marchers!
I can't remember if I have posted recently or not and honestly too tired to go through and read tonight. Not much has really changed with my situation since last week. Things are getting a little bit smoother though. I haven't smoked mj in 2 days now. I feel less stressed when I'm nkt at the house so it's a little easier. I have also been learning g my guitar I bought3 years ago. I'm to the point where my fingers don't feel like death lol. My mil has been making me dinner a and breakfast lol she thinks I'm not eating. Just found out she hasn't had a microwave in 6 months. So I ordered her one and should be here wed. I wish I knew this around xmas when j didn't know what to get her. She is 89 and has been making everything in the oven and stove, that's got to be rough. Also my dog lives here so that's a bonus I have been taking home for a run every night. Oh and we went to church again, this time my husband went with us. The topic has been kind of directed towards us. lol like exactly what we need right now and that's like 4 weeks long. He says he hasn't been drinking for the last week so we'll see. I saw my therapist on sat which was much needed and got a referral for marriage counseling. Waiting on that to make the next move.
All in all things aren't too bad. I'm learning to be independent and not rely on my husband to do everything for me. Its actually nice doing things myself I feel like a grown up finally lol. I have never been on my own EVER so it's kind of scary and nice all at the same time.
And as if that wasn't enough lol I just have to add this
I'm still sober! 131

B- I got that word- especially for you- after I googled 'weird words'. Even using it proves what it means.

and I pushed return. My right hand sometimes does weird things on keyboards- since the burns. Actually stayed whole length of meeting. Strange- considering the date. Have been leaving early- just because I could not sit. I knoew I am on egde.

Daughter of Knog has risen from the grave- the first footfalls made me hit the ceiling. See- right hand. That should have been Kong, I think I like Knog better. Back to manic art- like last night and the night b-4 and...
