Mornin' Marchers. It's all clabberdy here this morning. Dunno' if it's gonna' participate on us or not. I hope not I need to make a quick trip to the grocery and I don't own an underbrella!

I'm sippin' startin' fluid plannin' my day. I'm gonna' try to learn my doggone video editing software a little better. That program just eats my lunch!!!

Everybody have a safe and sober weekend. Catch ya' later!

Morning Marchers. Trying to work up the will/energy to get out of bed and start my own coffee. It's not clabberdy here though.

Off work today. Going back to the bookstore this morning. Only two more days after this (next Wed. and Sat.) before the sale is over for six months. We're having a family get-together/dinner for one of my cousin's birthdays this evening. I'll probably go to an AA meeting after that.

And I bet I'll squeeze Zelda in there somewhere.

Have a great day, Marchers!

A small miletone Marchites. I saved enough dosh to take my sponsor to a le-de-da coffee place. Our usual official sponsor- me 'study' session. First time in many years I have done this. Good meeting after. Still running on fight/flight mode. Sponsor reckons about the time some feel this- kind of when reality hits the fan. I guess also a lot has happened of late. Started some very deep mindful stuff tonight- an hour having to sit still- have not done that in years either. Helped about 2% I guess. All helps.

BBG - it was clabberdy here yesterday but all blue skies and sunshine today. Stay dry!!

Casey - sounds like a pretty awesome way to spend a Saturday!

PJ - a la-di-da coffee place? Did you have a fancy coffee?

PJ - just thinking about your "all helps" comment. It's a simple concept but it's so true. Even when I am having the worst day and I feel like giving up...if I just force myself to do a little bit of work for my sobriety it helps. Thanks for always being so genuine. ❤️❤️

SamIam- I had a triple shot latte with a apple caramel custard cream tart, Boring sponsor had a flat white and a snobby cookie. I find the all helps bit: if a year ago I felt 100% crap- every little milestone I achieve helps about 0.1%. No archangels ever appear to me with a divine plan and spiritual release. I am a plodder.
Hope your work is okay- and that brain of yours. Is there elephant yoga?

I'm a plodder too....lots of hard work but slow moving. I guess I'm grateful to just be moving forward.

Elephant yoga sounds a little dangerous. Maybe sloth yoga...or piglets!!

We have a kitten cafe here. You can sit, have a coffee and play with cats. Best part is they are all from the humane society and are up for adoption.

It's clabberdy here. Kind of cool.

Apple caramel custard cream tart sounds a m a z I n g!!! I think we're having donuts.

Slow and steady wins the race. Plod away. Hour long meditation? We'll be calling you Guru soon, PHX.

Get those books, Casey. You might have to start a new 12 step program soon. "My name is Casey, I'm a bookaholic"

Have an awesome Saturday!!

Picked up some continuing fluid on the way home from work.....this time it's from Dunkin' Donuts.....some kind of macchiato or something. Pretty good caffeine buzz going! Glad to be home and back in the nest that is the class of March 2016. Scary world out there.....there's, like, people & traffic & stuff!

And of course I checked.....yes there is Puppy Yoga too!

This weekend the boys are in Vegas celebrating my hero's 50th which is Monday. He already got his bday card from me because I hand delivered it to him a few weeks ago, and I got a hug

Loft and playroom are ready for the painter to come. I even vacuummed the walls and ceilings to get spidery things. Still have the downstairs family room, living room, dining room and kitchen to take care of. The loft and playroom were the most cluttered, so happy to have those out of the way. Dentist appointment in an hour. Can I have a one day extension on the weekend??

I can get on board with kitten and puppy yoga. That goat yoga is a riot, though, ain't it??

Happy Saturday all. Make today awesome.
