Class of October 2014 Part 27
Agreed V. That's what I do too. Got plenty going on to distract me. A meeting is a great idea. I've also been wanting to go for a run. Hey, I just rotisseried up a chicken on the grill. It's all good.

That chicken looks delicious, Arbor. Enjoy.
I know you're really busy with the kids and work Arbor, but maybe you could find time to squeeze in a meeting? Just that extra bit of support to help kick the AV back to wherever it goes...
I don't have any expectations that drinking thoughts are going to completely cease. If they do, great, but for now I need a whole toolkit to keep me safe and healthy. So when that pesky AV pops up, which it does every weekend (life at the beach, cafes, tons of people), I do something to distract me, and I get through it.
Anyway, that's just me.
Huge hugs darling Octsobers. ♥

Hugs to you, sweet venuscat.
There are a lot of factors involved. I used to have dinner on Friday nights with my dad. Or watch the football with him. Or my boyfriend was there.
I was really lonely for quite a while, which I think you all know, and that was not good for me at all.
So I am branching out....and the next step is to take myself to a meeting on a Friday night. It just scares me to go out into the Friday night madness, and I need to get over that.

That was a great looking bird Arbor. Don't know what I'd do without chicken.
Interesting about the change of season and things it stirs within us. Some good, some not.
I couldn't leave well enough alone and was tugging on more of that savage vine to free the tree top. A great effort snapped the vine and sent me crashing. I'm paying the price for that and can hardly stand up straight! Moving like I'm an elderly gent this evening.
I hope the weekend ends in a high note for the gang and that your Monday is going well V.

Ouch, Mark; did you get checked out by a doctor?
Oh Mark, not good. Are you sure you didn't do any real damage?
And if you can, have a bath. And throw in some of those products your girls keep handy....there must be some soothing lavender or something.

Oh man. Sorry, Mark. Your really working hard out there. I don't like messing with vines. Especially bittersweet. Usually just cut a good chunk out of em so they die and dry up. Then they are easily pulled out or just fall apart dropping on their own.
Rest up buddy.
