One Year & Over Part 26
Morning overs
Inpar, the running challenge sounds interesting. It's great to get out there and just run. Soo different to a running machine where you aren't open to the elements.
Wolfie, you will have some very happy birdies in your garden, nice one.
Tootsie, be thinking of you on your run.
Happy Father's Day to all you dads celebrating.
Hope you're feeling better soon, instant.
Hope the chicks are behaving themselves, Andy.
I'm feeding 6 chickens from tomorrow for a few days whilst a neighbour is on holiday. She says I can have the eggs, that's nice.

Hope the ManFlu clears soon Instant you are so very brave!
Wolfie, I agree with Dee you have a lovely outlook. enjoy your bed!
IP sorry to hear you are having some bad vibes at work, try not to let others thoughts bother you, it is their problem not yours. I'm glad you are enjoying your runs... I have to say even after all this time I don't actually enjoy running, it just is the best way to exercise me at the same time as Molly!
Andy little chicks how cute!
Zip, I hope not to break a leg!
I got a decent sleep last night in fits and spurts so not too tired today, nothing aches any worse than usual so I guess I'm good to go..... Or is it Hot to Trot!! Lol

Happy Father's Day to all the pops out there! It was Father's Day 2009 when I got drunk for the last time. I wasn't planning on drinking at all that day, but had the shakes so bad that by 3pm I was off and running. The next day I had a major panic attack at work and checked myself into the ER....that was Day 1 of what has been an incredible sober journey. Thanks to all of you wonderful folks for helping me get to where I am today
Had to come by and say...... I ran every step of the 5K! I am so proud of myself for doing this. I know it might not seem much to a marathon runner, but for a fairly unfit 51 year old with a dodgy knee, I think I did really well!
WTG, Toots! We all knew you could do it
Wolfie, nice job on the home improvements. It's amazing what we can accomplish sober.
Thanks for the all the congrats! My 6 year birthday is actually tomorrow (June 22), but I don't mind starting the party a little early!
