Gilmer, hope your Dad is feeling better. We had to get some home health care for my Dad towards the end. Those people are wonderful and don't get enough credit for all they do.

Toots - it's most definitely ~~~cold~~~ today in Fife!! However, it has been a good day as I went to my daughter's summer choir concert - she is now in the junior section which is actually the third level up and so she was very serious about it all There are some lovely singers in the choir, which is made up of children from a whole range of local primary and secondary schools - just grand!!
Now watching my housemate trying to win some racing game whilst I surf - perfect Saturday if I say so myself

My brain hurts!!!! Just finished 4 hours paperwork, I'm pleased to say.
This book sounds interesting, toots. Will we get a preview? This time next week you've got your run, I hope the weathers bet than today!

Yes Rusty i will definatly post some of the work me & mrs sw have done since i got sober were not finished but its all coming together i want to lay a new carpet and im waiting to speak to a friend tomorrow hopefully get some quality carpet for a real good price
Its my hamstrings they are sore lol were lying down havnt moved the stuff bk in yet as were waiting to carpet & we've been sanding window framework all day as we are going to varnish and keep a natural wood effect

Just a quick hello everyone, been pretty busy. Been running lots, doing 30 runs in 30 days and I'm finally fitting back into my pre-Germany pants hahaha. Phew!

I'm anxious this morning. I'm always too much, same as when I was drinking, but I guess I'm too much worry or too much anxious. It will pass.
The new Jurassic world film seems to be a hit! I'm going to watch that at some time.
I've got a new bird table with a lot more surface for the birds, it has a bracket under the roof which a bird got himself perched on when it was raining yesterday.sweet.
