If you go up to the top of the page, on the right side you'll see "Chat Room." Click on that and you should be able to join the room. You'll need to make sure your Java is up to date. If it isn't, it'll walk you through that too.

Meeting is Tuesdays and Fridays 9PM EST. They usually last an hour but sometimes longer depending on how many people want to share.

On day 39 here, wobbled today as so sunny and post in law visit... But had tea.

Still feeling very emotionally swingy ; happy happy/ sad soooo sad, and back again, can't stop the guilt gnawing away at my brain, eating me up, thinking there is no point in anything,

So I give myself a stern talking to, make everything real sized and its all OK for a minute... Then off I go again!!! Exhausting!!!

What if when people sober up, they realise they actually hate themselves and feel totally worthless???

Glad everyone is still here, and OK, or okish....

As everyone else has said, hang in there. It's gonna get better.

I don't think that we are going to wake up one day and truly hate ourselves. There may be things about ourselves we don't like but the nice thing about not drinking is we have a sober mind to work on the things we don't like. If you think you are feeling worthless, what's going on to make you think that?

And everyone has bad days, like Chris said. I know I'm certainly not feeling like a ray of sunshine today
